Communication! I was told someone would call me never received a call. I got text message updates late. Was told due to covid to do the online check in. Proceeded with this then got a notification that my location was changed with different times. The staff at Papas was excellent. Friendly and did there best to get us in and out.

THE PERSON WASN'T VERY NICE
CHANCIE M.The proprietors were late opening up. I had a 10:00 appointment but they did not arrive until 10:45. However, they were very apologetic, personable, and professional.
Peter Y.The location was dark and in the middle of nowhere. There was nowhere to leave the truck besides right outside the gate. It was not well lit. It was extremely dark and unsafe for a woman in the middle of the night. And I was charged an extra $100 for no reason and I dropped the truck off 12 hrs early! I want an explanation for the extra charge.
