Communication! I was told someone would call me never received a call. I got text message updates late. Was told due to covid to do the online check in. Proceeded with this then got a notification that my location was changed with different times. The staff at Papas was excellent. Friendly and did there best to get us in and out.

CHANCIE MThe proprietors were late opening up. I had a 10:00 appointment but they did not arrive until 10:45. However, they were very apologetic, personable, and professional.
Peter YThe location was dark and in the middle of nowhere. There was nowhere to leave the truck besides right outside the gate. It was not well lit. It was extremely dark and unsafe for a woman in the middle of the night. And I was charged an extra $100 for no reason and I dropped the truck off 12 hrs early! I want an explanation for the extra charge.

Robert SMake sure that all purchased equipment is loaded. I had to use 18 additional miles because the dolley was not on the truck as I was loading my furniture. This caused me to pay additional fees. If I was able get the truck from the closer location as I requested, I wouldn’t have used that many additional miles.

Anthony BSECOND TIME I made a reservation and the truck wasn't available per the day of the move. Had to travel 40 miles for the nearest truck. Very disappointed. Will never use u haul again.
