To whom it may concern I was so not happy at all with this truck first of all the steering was terrible the breaks squeaked the dashboard lights wasn't working the only thing I found that was good it was clean my trip was not happy at all thank you for your truck and your time unhappy

To improve you could stand with the quote we were given rather than send us to 3 different stores to get a truck we had already reserved. And give us a 20 foot truck that we reserved rather than a 15 foot truck.
bill M.This wasn't the location that I made the reservation for. It was 12 miles from my house. So add 24 miles to my allotted mileage, and I'm over mileage. Also, I ordered 12 furniture blankets, they had Zero. The young girl behind the counter lied to me about giving me a military discount. Said I needed to call customer service. When I made the reservation, they told me it was up to the individual places. What a great way to treat a disabled retired Sailor! They are a disgrace to your company in a military town! I don't even know why I'm writing this because I know nobody reads these.
