Truck was not available at my original location. When I was re-reserved at the next location, they made it a in town reservation instead of one way without informing me. I did not discover this until I got to my destination. The online check-in worked poorly and the truck I received had a lot of damage including the bumper hanging off.

My problem with UHAUL is not with the individual locations but with the larger organization. I had a reservation to pick up a trailer at one spot and discovered the night before that I had to go an hour away to another location to get it. When I called customer service they first claimed I had been contacted. When I questioned further, their management claimed I was to be called soon and notified. Terrible service at corporate. Fine support at location.

I have not had a problem with U-Haul in the past because I have always done my requests in person and from the same location. This time I did it on line and diff. location. NONE of my add on were applied and I had to go to a totally different location to pick up the truck as well as a 3rd location for my add on's. ONLINE requests need to be met and applied when reserving equipment

I don’t think it was the girls fault but in their system it was going to cost over 200 bucks. While in store I did the online registration and it only cost me 129... that is a huge difference.. if I would not have done research before going I would have blindly paid that however I went with uhaul because of the price and the fact of where I was traveling too..

Better staffing. Even after calling to confirm our reservation, no one was on site at 10am. Couldn't get a response to calls to numbers provided. Had to go to the next nearest Uhaul location where the manager was kind enough to call the district manager. Apparently his call wasn't ignored, and was able to return and pick up our rental.

No one in office during business hours. Had sign to call with questions as person was out in storage lot. Nobody answered. I left message on voice mail. I did received email confirmation with receipt that I turned in the vehicle and there were no issues.

When we rented the auto tow there was no one there to help us hook it up or show us how to put the vehicle on. When we rented the 15' truck as I was following my husband who was driving the truck notice the back drivers side tires were very low...bulging . Called the guy at Bedrock to ask if they checked the tires pressure before sending out trucks and he said no they just kick the tires. Will not go back there to rent and probably will not rent from uhaul anymore. This move with uhaul has not been a very good one, sorry to say.

We returned the trailer on a holiday weekend so the facility was closed but there was excellent provision for drop off and prompt reply that the trailer was returned on time.

Service went above and beyond all expectations. This is our second time using Uhaul in the last three weeks and both experience were excellent.

We arrived to pick up a transport just find out it was broken. On top of that the representative Crystal told my husband "we're 3rd party, I can't find you another one" and told him to call traffic! I will no longer use this company! Ruined my plans 2 hours before our out of state move

If u rent a trailer and do not have accessories yourself you will be out of luck because they do not provide any needed trailer accessories what so ever.

I was told that the equipment (dolly, furniture pad, etc. would be in the truck; however, I had to help the young lady load them. I would have liked to been able to get the truck sooner than 10 am. Overall, this was well worth the money and I would use this location and U-Haul again in the future.

Make sure the customer knows how to unhook the trailer when the drop off location is closed. There were how to hook up instructions on the trailer but none on how to unhook. I had a difficult time unhooking it.
