The truck broke down 10 min after leaving my door which caused a delay in service. The extra 3 hours costing 200/hr (600.00) more I feel the U-Haul company should cover the extra cost.

The app is not user friendly and to be honest is extremely frustrating and poorly done. The location also did not supply the one dozen moving blankets and I was still charged full price at checkout even though after the hassle of calling a call center during my after hours pick up and being assured that I would be refunded. Then my wife went to a different rental location the following day and was only able to get half the blankets that we needed. And this was only done after a long and painful process and the employee having to call Uhaul yet again. So to be short- for the next customer's satisfaction you should actually deliver what was promised at the price promised.
Shawn SImprove and update drop off locations. Uhaul customer service gave me location that was 100 percent self service. I'll be 60 years old next month and had a difficult time unhooking the trailer. Uhaul customer service representative told me it was open and had people there to Un hook my trailer . Nobody got it right. Had to wrestle the heck out of the hitch to get trailer off. Poor information nearly led to my sciatic nerve problem returning. Terrible information technology for uhaul. .
ROBERT MThe truck was dirty and sticky inside the cab. We also ordered a dolly to help us move boxes, which was not supplied to us nor was a refund given. I was also charged an extra $212 for undisclosed reasons other than 2 gallons of gas. Terrible experience overall. Bad enough that I will never rent another UHaul again.
