The truck broke down 10 min after leaving my door which caused a delay in service. The extra 3 hours costing 200/hr (600.00) more I feel the U-Haul company should cover the extra cost.
Linda WThe app is not user friendly and to be honest is extremely frustrating and poorly done. The location also did not supply the one dozen moving blankets and I was still charged full price at checkout even though after the hassle of calling a call center during my after hours pick up and being assured that I would be refunded. Then my wife went to a different rental location the following day and was only able to get half the blankets that we needed. And this was only done after a long and painful process and the employee having to call Uhaul yet again. So to be short- for the next customer's satisfaction you should actually deliver what was promised at the price promised.
Shawn SImprove and update drop off locations. Uhaul customer service gave me location that was 100 percent self service. I'll be 60 years old next month and had a difficult time unhooking the trailer. Uhaul customer service representative told me it was open and had people there to Un hook my trailer . Nobody got it right. Had to wrestle the heck out of the hitch to get trailer off. Poor information nearly led to my sciatic nerve problem returning. Terrible information technology for uhaul. .
ROBERT MThe truck was dirty and sticky inside the cab. We also ordered a dolly to help us move boxes, which was not supplied to us nor was a refund given. I was also charged an extra $212 for undisclosed reasons other than 2 gallons of gas. Terrible experience overall. Bad enough that I will never rent another UHaul again.

Glen BUncle Kenny was great. We first had our rental secured through Haxell, 12th & State, Quincy. They deserve an 'F'. I had the rental secured from 12:30p to 12:30a, Friday, June 21st. I get to the location at 12:40p and the guy wasn't there. He didn't show up until 1:20ish. He gets off his motorcycle and looks at me and says "You're here for the U-Haul rental" so this moron knew we were coming and didn't have the courtesy to be there. GAH! Very frustrating. They deserve an 'F' and will never get my business again.

Bruce tKenny Hultz arraigned the rental for me. I have known him for years through business and have found him to be extremely mechanical and very pleasant to deal with. I have also known him and worked with him as fellow members of The Optomist Club of Quincy. We now play a card game calf Eucher with a group of about 20 every Wednesday at The Elks Club. He gets along with absolutely everyone and was recently appointed to the Quincy City Council. He is very honest Although HE SAYS he can back a truck, dolly and car combination).

tina pThe truck had standing water in it and when I told the guy at Hultz Rentals, he didn't seem to care. He also tried to charge me for insurance without asking, even though I chose no insurance on the website.

Michael NGreat job by the manager. He actually had the rental truck started up and warming up for me when I arrived. I am renting another truck this weekend from the same location to complete our family move. Great service indeed.
Thomas PI always make sure Safe Move is not on my order and U-Haul always adds it on without my knowledge nor consent. I always ask it to be removed. It is always a hassle to get it done. This is unethical! I'm tired of it.
Bryan FLower the prices, the seats were great! They huge your body ,truck drove good! little noisy overall pretty nice. Lower prices would really help the customer out.

Benjamin MThe gentleman at the rental place was very nice but he had a bunch of issues with accessing my reservation and couldn't get our contract to print. It felt like the process took a long time because he wasn't really sure how to work his computer. As for the equipment, my tire had a blow-out on the highway that was quite scary. But I was really impressed with the roadside assistance.

Emily LThe location and service was fine no issues there. The vehicle itself had nearly bald tires. Which I discovered after barely going 40 mph and the whole cab was shaking. I highly recommend checking the tires before taking a vehicle. Very unsafe to drive.

Kenneth bRoadside assist took almost 5 hours to arrive in 30-35 degree weather, cost me an additional day, truck wouldn't start the next day, second roadside assist, Uhaul charged me for the full amount even though I marked I did not agree with the charges, i have contacted customer care and gotten no response.
Beau VThe app wasn't working properly for the pick up and return…..thankfully the manager was there when I was picking up, but I had to call him when I was dropping off. It all worked out, in the end.

andrew lGas gauge was just under 1/4 tank when we picked up truck. When we returned the truck is was Above 1/4 tank. Still got charged 2 gallons of gas at $4.50 a gallon. Have a better check of gasoline.

MARK PU haul company kept messaging, they wanted truck back asap for next customer, we could only go as fast as contract unloaders.
Ray DTrailer was clean and manager was great. However, trailer latch and mechanism was rusty and consequently did not allow the door to be closed. We had to strap articles inside and go with the door open.
Carl CThis location is closer to me then the others since one lication were close down. Would be nice I have known this location even existed. Also, have more trucks or vans would be nice.
