We ordered a truck from our hometown but had to pick the truck up in another town almost 20/ minutes away. So about 40 extra miles/dollars .Why is it fair that those extra miles are charged to our rental order when we ordered it from a station only 4 minutes from our hometown. Not fair!!! Moving is stressful enough without having extra expense added to it!

The shelf that goes over the cab where we placed most of our boxes including my sons comic book collection, leaked severely and completely soaked the bottom of every box up there. The water then dripped down and pooled on the floor. That being said, the couple running the place couldn't be nicer. I rented the truck for one day, ended up keeping it for 4 or 5 and brought it back late. They kept the store open and waited for me, having no idea that my daughter couldn't find anyone to help her l load
