The U-Haul mobile app gave us a bit of trouble when returning the truck...it kept asking us to take pictures over and over again. Eventually we just called the customer service and they completed our return. Maybe next time, we'll deal with humans when picking up and dropping off. We really did like the mobile app convenience in picking up the truck. That was simple!
QUIRINO RThere were so many bugs on the window that I could barely see out. The guy was nice in Post Falls. The lady in Grants Pass was friendly. Otherwise everything else was good.
