robert rTruck was supposed to be "full" when I picked it up. After driving it 7 miles, I topped it off with 8.6 gallons. Truck was not full when I rented it. Take heed, photograph the gas gauge on any rental before you drive off, I did not receive a credit for the less than full rental.
Robert MForgot to include the dozen furniture protectors and appliance dolly, both of which would have made my moving day a hell of a lot easier.

Scott HWas supposed to meet for a pickup, no one was at the location when I arrived, and I didn’t know you could just set up an account to get the pin code for the key lock. So I got the uhaul an hour late, I don’t know if your supposed to get a car wash before you deliver the vehicle to a location either, but I didn’t get it “clean”. I hope it wouldn’t result on an up charge on my end.
Skylar FDrove out there to rent the truck we reserved and no one was there. Went home and left a message about our reservation. Get a call 10 min after we get home that they’re back and we can come rent truck. Drive back out there and get the truck. Have it for less than an hour and drive it less than 10 miles and it’s over $50! Ridiculous. Truck was filthy and smelled bad. The lady said when we were done to put the truck back in the spot we got it and put keys in box. Go tell her we put it back, she thanks us, and half way home we get a text from uhaul that we need to do the online check out. What a pain in the a$$! Why didn’t she tell us that? Huge waste of time and money. Will never rent here again.
