Again, some misunderstandings about the rental. When we returned the truck at 12:30 PM yesterday, there was no place to leave the keys. The gates were locked shut and no one was around. Very frustrating. We only used the truck for a few hours. Were we billed for two days? Also, we have a $100 certificate that should have covered the entire cost of this rental. Could someone explain this to me?

Hard to find from street view, had to call location to find where to go.
Eustacia KThe truck was not highway worthy. There was a constant pull to the right and an annoying and scary shimmy at 50-55 mph. At times I feared that we wouldn’t make it to Seattle. Very dangerous to rent this truck to the general public. Overall a bad experience.
