Rented same van as I had one week ago. Previously noted maintenance items all addressed. Knowing the routine this time, process all went well. Very pleased. Plan to use location again in future.

Vehicle clean, true. Passenger wiper blade barely functioning (reported on return), and did not seem to have washer fluid or else fluid pump bad. Dash flashed "service required" which matched the "next service mileage sticker" on windshield...cannot recall how much overdue the mileage was. Secure key return slot would not take big fob this van uses. A little uneasy about leaving in mailbox as I was instructed, but apparently it went okay as I received the bill. Very low-end radio was disappointing with a 5-day rental; RAM could do better even in this vehicle.

The inside of the back of the truck was completely wet and we had to dry it off before we were able to put our belongings in it.

When a customer makes a booking online and requests that NO INSURANCE IS NEEDED, the location should not have any right to attach insurance without notifying the customer beforehand. The location did exactly that to me and my fiancee and it is a very poor and underhanded business practice. The location in question will be reported to the Better Business Bureau for this disgraceful and garbage treatment to me. Oh, and if the individual locations are not obligated to follow the instructions of an online booking (which the owner/operator told me) then why bother having those options available online in the first place? I was on a very tight budget and because of that, I specifically requested online that I required no insurance. Now I am in the red in my bank account. This practice is UNACCEPTABLE.

Measurements online inaccurate. Bought a new lawm mower. Needed trailer to pick up. Based on dimensions it should have fit just fine. Nothing said about the indent to the back of the trailer. Mower wouldn't fit. So flustered. Wasted time, money, gas, etc. Just brought it back unused!

The woman working here is HORRIBLE! Not only was she late to my appointment time by almost 25 minutes just for me to find out she had been sitting right behind the door at a desk the whole time. I tried my best to understand what she was saying to me and when I would ask for her to please repeat herself she would become rude. The truck itself was great and in perfect condition. I had reserved the truck online and estimated about 300 miles I would be driving it. Before I left she had asked me something and said “100 miles” (I couldn’t understand what she had said”. So, I just replied that I put online 300 and she said to call her before we dropped the truck off. Being a U-Haul I assumed you could drop it off at any U-Haul lot. After I was finished with the truck using less miles than I had anticipate I returned it to the closest U-Haul lot to me. Before we dropped it off we called the number on the key the woman had given me and asked if it was okay that we dropped the truck their and the woman on the phone from the U-Haul company said we could. I dropped the truck off and the keys in the lock box and away I went. Then, later that day the woman from where I picked the truck up called me and left a voicemail that I could not understand so I called her right back. She was immediately rude and had said something along the lines of I didn’t bring the truck back and I could only go 100 miles (which wouldn’t have even covered the trip there and back from where I needed the truck). I told her that I didn’t understand what she was saying and told her how I dropped the truck off already before my drop off time. She was rude and said that I HAD to drop the truck back off to her. I had to speak with her manager when she became angry telling me “No! No! No! You understand me. I understand you. Okay? Okay! No”. I then asked again for a manager or number for higher up. She repeated to tell me no which at this point I won’t lie I became angry and even hung up on her. She called me back still angry telling me I had a contract and that I don’t need to speak to anyone else. After telling her about how I spoke with someone from the U-Haul company she said something I couldn’t understand then hung up on me. At this point, I’m feeling petty because this woman was so rude and disrespectful. I called her back and told her once again how I called the number on the key she had given me and asked if it was okay to leave the truck there and got the go ahead. I may have then yelled “so suck my dick” and then hung up. She called me back but this time she was very calm. She spoke slowly and I understood most of what was said. That I had signed a contract and something about how she told me in words that I needed to bring the truck back to that exact location (or if she did I did not understand her BECAUSE SHES HARD TO UNDERSTAND). I then politely told her that was untrue and now she was just making things up. I got a little heated as did she and when I asked to speak with some

The lot was very, very snowy and we nearly got our truck and trailer stuck a few different times as a result of the conditions of the lot.

There was no help to lift the trailer! And it was not on a jack stand, and was buried in snow. How do you expect one person (the lady at the front desk couldn't help) to lift over 1500 pounds. Why didn't they have it ready to go. She was also not very nice. We will be using a different location next time.

Felt like the service was unprofessional. We rented during winter and almost couldn’t get the van out of the parking lot. It had snowed 10+ inches the night before and they hadn’t plowed yet..we picked it up at almost 4 in the afternoon.
