This is a difficult thing to answer because of the virus. The people were not allowed to come out to talk with us but gave very good instructions and did what they could.

Transaction was smooth once owner showed up, and little trailer was fine. Had to wait for her at drop off time, too. Not OK.

I didn't want insurance, however the system added it and we couldn't remove it. I was pleased that the insurance was only $10, however this issue should be resolved

The office was not real organized. It took me over thirty minutes to secure my rental. However, the agent was very friendly and apologetic for my wait.

Staff wasn’t knowledgeable. Talked me into changing my reservation saying it would be cheaper to change certain things. Ended up costing the same amount but ultimately lowering my rental time and adding more mileage. Overcharged me by almost $40. Has to call a CSR to get it corrected. Overall a terrible experience at this location.

Check in during hours and ended up having to do it myself. Was going to be charged for mileage when I never went over. I’ve had better experiences with other companies.

Make sure it’s a full tank when asking the customer to return it full .. the truck I got was 3/4 full and I was told to bring it back full ..which I did ,just not fair.

It took seconds to charge my card for the rental fee and deposit, how long do I have to wait to get my deposit back? I rented a trailer for less that 3 hours, it’s been 3 days since I returned it but I haven’t received my deposit

Currently waiting for a refund. Due to the fact they tried charging me double what was quoted. As of this review no refund as of yet. Will be contacting uhaul shortly if it doesn't show up in a day or two. Equipment wasn't filthy but definitely could have been cleaner on the inside

Wasn’t allowed to drop trailer off at location near my destination. Had to drive the empty trailer 2 hours back to the location.

My experience was terrible. I had completed my rental on the app. The employees had no idea what that was and seemed annoyed. I was so flustered standing in the cold with them awkwardly staring at me waiting for my phone to connect, that I didn't really check the vehicle over for damage. Upon return that evening, they tried to blame a scratch on me (it really wasn't me). It was so high on the mother's attic part of the truck that i would've had to have driven into something low-hanging. I can't even imagine what would have caused it. Good thing I purchased the insurance just in case... The also tried to charge me for 40 miles more than I drove. Never go to this location. I recommend Uhaul, but not this location!!!!!

Overall we really liked the truckshare program. When we got our truck it was on E and was below E while driving to the nearest gas station. That was a stressful way to start our day of moving. Getting and returning the truck was easy- we would definitely use this 24-7 program again.

Make sure the exterior of the trailer is washed and clean as well as the inside of trailer.

Very hard to understand the representative at this location. It is inside a home which is quite odd. Also I had to speak to the U-Haul customer care line to extend my rental for the 24 hours that I was entitled to. The representative was nice but it was very hard to understand the terms of the agreement and things of that nature being that there was a language barrier.

Even though we registered ahead of time online, the actual pick-up of the trailer was a very long process. We really like the location and will do business again with them.

The texting and uploading of drivers license was too much and made me uncomfortable to have my personal information on a site just to rent a truck. The dealer taking my info down should have been enough. .79 a mile is way too much! Especially on top of the price to rent and cost of refilling the gas. $72 for an 8 hour rental in town is too much!

Truck was rented to me with check engine light on, rear axle grinding extremely loudly, tow/haul system failed (the light blinked on the lever at all times, and could not be turned off), and fresh damage with a part of a tree still in the hole that surprised the clerk (“What’s that?” she asked me). The fuel cap was left open in the parking lot during a 24 hour rain storm, and the engine knocked from water in the fuel. When told about these issues on return, the owner said it’s U-Haul’s responsibility and that the “mechanic didn’t finish last time.” I asked if she inspected vehicles on return and it wasn’t clear that she does. She certainly didn’t inspect mine. This location is unprofessional and poor for U-Haul’s brand. The office is built into the side of a house and the owner ignores doorbells. I certainly will continue doing business with U-Haul, but I would strongly suggest reevaluating your franchise agreement with this owner. She certainly isn’t respecting your processes or your equipment.

Registering and paying online ahead of time made the pickup process very quick and easy. We got a brand new trailer to use. What a deal...$30.00 for having the trailer for 48 hours!

Everything went well! Location is secure, clean, great customer service, vehicle we used was a 10' truck and ran like a gem! The owner and I had a slight misunderstanding in regards to any charges if I went over a specific amount of miles but she rectified it nicely and I would do business with her again! She was awesome!

No complaints with this location. The issue I had was that I had to drive over 45 minutes to pick up my hauler because U-Haul couldn't find one closer!

The trailer was dirty when I went to pick it up. It took forever to rented even though I had a reservation. When I returned it I was charging additional $8 which I was not aware of and the lady said there was nothing she could do about it. I will never, repeat never, use facility again.
