There was nobody there to actually help and everything was over the phone and very stressful. Thank goodness that I went with my mother and I put it in my name instead of hers like I was going to because she would've never been able to put that trailer on her truck herself and since there was nobody else there she would've been out of luck. There was also a roach inside of the trailer, which was pretty gross cause it was alive. The original number on here will not answer and then I had another number call instead. They also didn't even take any cash because, again, it was only over the phone, which is very shady. Do not live in the area and if I wanted to do cash or needed to, they said I'd have to drive 30 minutes to another one of their locations! INSANE. Need to have someone physically THERE or put it very noticeably, like in the title. Choice seemed like the wrong choice! Move along and pick someone better.

There was only one issue there was no dolly and no packing blankets. Other than that. Everything was really good thank y’all again.
JAMES CThe pick up location could have had a better explanation for pick up, even the uhaul rep didn't know what they ment when explaining to me the pick up instruction, drop of location was ok no problems there staff was friendly.
MICHEL OThere wasnt any personnel to help, but it was super easy following the directions through app on what to do to drop it off.
