My experience with the mobile app is abysmal. This time it took 40 minutes to get through the whole process of checking in, a;ll the time i was standing in the rain by the key box. The last time(3 months ago,) it took nearly 2 hours. the IOS app doesn't work, and the web browser version tends to crash my phone. on top of that the process of telling who I am is clunky. Why can't you get your identity pre-approved so that you don't have to prove who you are out in the cold, oir hot or rain? It's just a horrible experience.
