Specifically requested moving pads and somehow there were Zero moving pads at this location. This ultimately resulted in damaged furniture because our blankets had been shipped earlier than our move date. This is completely unsatisfactory and thought U-Haul was better than this.

Patricia BGot the truck in pooler they had half the information they were suppose to I was suppose to get a discount since I had to drive to pooler since they didn’t have it at the hinesville location I ordered a 10 footer but they give me a upgrade to a 15 footer and said I would get the 10 footer price and then I got charged full price, the truck smelled bad like someone smoked a whole dispenser in there btw and then my truck broke down twice otw to my location because that truck was not well maintained and when I called road side they had no idea an eta so I had to get the truck back running since the throttle died on me and got a bunch of maintenance and warning lights and codes because the ecm put the truck in limp mode 10 out of 10 would not recommend U-Haul
Nickolas MI picked the truck at 11 place and was told to get the auto halder about a mile d0wn.We got there and it closed at noon.Sent to a nother palace , we goth the before 5 o'clock and it was closed. You said that the nearest one was in SC., we called and there said that they would be open til 7>00 and we finely got the auto haler and had to go back to Savannah, GA.
