The cab of the truck was dirty and stunk. It also did not drive very smooth and had trouble downshifting when driving it on the freeway. I should have gone back and refused to take the truck as it was but I was on a time constraint and did not. When I turned it in the gentleman who checked me in let me know the truck had missed being serviced. I would not go back to this location again.

THOMAS FLocation was fine. Truck had issues and u-haul website was difficult to navigate.

Kymel BDude canceled my previous rental, which I drove to 3 locations over an hour away… because he didn't have the 12 moving pads. Reschedule for more than 100 dollars more. Also, after speaking to U-Haul they were refunding me $50 for the hour drive and multiple locations without a truck …. BS

Ronak PService your vehicles!!! The first van I was given had a broken right windshield wiper and the washer fluid reservoir was empty. I returned to the store and exchanged it for another van. The second van was not my ideal of clean (sand, rocks and a water bottle was in the cab) and the change engine oil light came on before the end of my rental period. Both vehicles needed to be detailed because the had a musty odor and it was obvious they had not been disinfected.

Christopher EI explained I was renting the truck because I needed it for work and my work truck had been ordered but not delivered. This representative would not extend my rental and I was forced to get the axm to extend the rental. Eventually the representative reported the truck stolen without the AFM k owledge. I never missed a payment and had paid in advance each week for the vehicle. I have tried to return the vehicle but now that it's reported stolen I'm scared to drive it back to them

donna rThis uhaul experience was horrible. We reserved a uhaul about a week in advance, only to show up at the location and not have a truck available. We waited on customer service for almost an hour only to be told they had a system outage and we were not assigned a truck. After no help from customer service and hours later, we finally came across a truck and this location was helpful.
Samaria BAlthough we were able to accomplish our goal of moving, the truck sounds like it needs a tuneup and a run through the car wash.
Brenda LChanged my location without notice. The text I received still showed old location. This was the second time in a month I showed up to get a truck and had to go Somewhere else. Overall U-haul does not have it together and the trucks are getting dated and worn out.

Dionne MThe front of the truck vibrated when the brakes were applied. Not for sure why you assigned this location for pickup 15 miles away. I registered at a location that was closer and had the equipment needed. This location did not have the appliance dolly that was requested and blamed it on not being on my contract.

Sean lBe more clear on times with renters i ask to rent it for three days pick it up on wed. return it on fri. By 5:00pm well i picked up at 10 in the morning wed returned it at 4:25pm friday got charged a whole day bcause 5 hours that i would have pay at the time of the rental if they would have told me it was based on time not days very unfair for the extra day charge when i did not know it was coming
