Drivers mirror just flops up against the window or away from rhe truck and will not stay adjusted in place. Very difficult to see and you have to push it out with your arm to check for traffic before changing lanes. Check engine light came on about 3 miles after I left Uhaul and never went off.DEAN K.

The trailer that the lady attached to our truck came undone and scratched the truck. Bent license plates on the back side of the truck. The guy helping us inside was helpful and courteous. The lady that attached the trailer needs retraining. When the trailer came undone it almost hit a oncoming car. I'm so upset because of the dang incident. I will never go back to this location again. I rented a trailer and needed to rent a truck to pull it as well. However, when I called I was told that they were out of trucks - but the vans could pull trailers. So, I booked a van and a trailer. However, when I arrived to pick up the equipment - I was told that the vans at this location do not have hitches, and I would have to rent a 10 ft truck, instead. They did offer to give me the same rate as the van, so I didn't make a big deal of it. I rented the truck, and the first trailer they gave me had a right taillight that was not functioning. They brought a replacement trailer, but it was not installed properly by the associate and came off of the hitch WHILE DRIVING in traffic. Luckily the trailer's safety chains prevented it from disconnecting from the truck. I was able to pull over & connect the hitch properly. I rent from different U-Haul locations quite a bit, and this was by far the worse experience I have had at any location.Alastair H.
Store open at 9am on Sunday I try to return the rental truck at 8:30 am on this Sunday that the time showing on contract. But on one knew to tell the customer have to do. The lady told Me check out yourself at that door . When I enter there, then one guy take me get out there and told me leave the key on truck and go. No sign tell where the return truck should park. Employees not good training. Waste time and so confused.PHI-VU N.
Train employees regarding how to treat and speak to customers. Employees should be respectful. Also I did an appointment online and still have to wait one hour just to be served. Employees have lack of attention and lack of customer service. I went two times and there was more than 9 employees and they were all together just guessing who was going to work with each customer. My total was $60 more than what they quoted me because they didn't offer me a gas truck and just gave me a propane truck to use. I was told that I didn't have to worry about filling up the truck when I picked it up. Then I was charged $60 extra because of that.DWIGHT R.

It was not the location, but the actual UHaul.com telephone representative who was the issue. Our tow vehicle was totaled over the weekend (trailer was stored at the time of the wreck), and we had no way to tow the trailer back to Plano. The fact that there was and is no way without the high cost attached to returning equipment to another location is ridiculous, and definitely not customer friendly. Now I know this and will share this with others so they know ahead of time that if there is an issue, they need to be aware of the penalties to return to another location than originally planned.TERRI J.

I was charged 8.90 Gallons of Fuel on a 17.6 miles that I drove. The lady at the counter wouldn't listen to me and said that sounds right. It's like I was burning 1 Gallon of fuel for less than 2 miles I was driving. Called in to customer services and the rep didn't have an answer and put me on hold and never came back.
