Took over two hours to get my code. Then we got in the truck to find the battery was dead. Had to wait another hr for battery replacement. No one was on site. Very disappointed

The drop off requires a code to get in. There is no office as it is a drop box. I chatted for assistance and the agent said to go to the office. Again, there is no way in or out without a code or a vehicle to trigger the gate. I had to squeeze through a gap in the fence to get out. The number on the sign also was not working to connect with anyone for help.

William BIt was very difficult to access the website & code on an android phone; I had to use my wife's Apple phone. It took 40 minutes to access the information to get the lock code to access the van keys.
Charles MGetting the gate code is a real pain , nothing easy about it...I'll never use this location again...I wasted 20 minutes just to get the gate open
