LATANYA NWhen I got to the location listed above , the employee seemed absolutely confused on which vehicle I was getting and where the vehicle was and gave me the wrong keys for the vehicle. The vehicle was not at the correct location so I had to drive to a different store to pick it up. Once I got there, the vehicle wasn’t clean and so I had to wait for it to be cleaned. Even after it was cleaned, the back of the vehicle smelled like a pig farm. Then, on top of all that, I get my email with my receipt and I was charged $15 for “Safe Move” coverage, which I never asked for; it was just added onto my bill afterwards. I would never recommend going to this location. It was overall a horrible experience.
