I moved three refrigerators. A little juice flowed out of it, but when I returned it, the juice was dry like in the picture, so if I don't return it after attaching it cleanly, I'll take it with a 25-dollar vacuum cleaner. Is this really the law of UhaulRent?I'll have to use it clean and return it.As shown in this picture, the truck carrying water spilled and left a mark, accounting for $25 for cleaning.What kind of person would rent Uhaul.I fully understand if you take up trash or trash. A receipt of how much of my 100 dollar deposit was returned to my account would be nice, although the attendant that inspected the truck upon my return told me how much would be returned, still not sure if was returned to my accountAlbert S.
Need much improvement in the waiting time. When you have a truck reserved for a certain pick-up time, you shouldn't have to wait in line for 30 - 45 minutes, as if you didn't have it reserved already for a certain pick-up time.Fred W.
Changing pickup locations twice in 24 hours is a total nightmare scenario for someone who is in the midst of a move. We had to drive a 26ft UHaul all over the Phoenix metro area to get our trailer because of the two pickup location changes that were sprung on us. It cost a lot of money in gas and was incredibly stressful. We ended up leaving town 8 hours after we had planned to as a result and it threw off our entire schedule. Because we left so late we had to drive straight from Arizona to Oregon without stopping (32 hours of driving at 55 miles per hour) because the delay cut into the time we had factored in to sleep for the night and arriving late to Oregon would have meant missing the movers we had scheduled. This UHaul location was sorely understaffed and the staff that were there were very unhelpful. We were told that we had to pay them in order to get guidance with hooking up and using the trailer we were renting. The cost of the trailer was also much higher than what I was quoted when I made the reservation. Our entire experience, between the pickup and drop off of both our truck and auto trailer, was terrible. We have always used UHaul for our moves and never as a problem before but I will be looking into alternate options the next time we have to move again in a year.DANA L.
I wish you would stop renting trucks when you don't have them this is the 2nd time we have reserved a truck only to not be able to get one when we asked for it. Staff at South mountain did their best. But if don't have trucks...cut off ability to rent. I was told to drive to flastaff or Tucson to get a truck or don't take onedouglas D.

Upon drop-off at this location, the U-Haul rep tried charging me a $25.00 vehicle cleaning fee. In addition, when asked for a copy of my paperwork, upon dropping off a vehicle transport, I was told to trust them. I verbally requested written proof 2-3 times for my protection. Once again, I was told to not worry about it. It is unfortunate that U-Haul wants it's customers to trust them, however looks for ANY way to add fees to your contract without trusting the customer. Providing written proof should be standard, not considered extra.ANTHONY C.
I tried to return my boxes, there was an error from the place I picked them up so I wasn't able to. The assistant manager was so helpful, he called the original place to have them confirm and he wrote a note that said he will return them to me once this issue is fixed. Teach your techs on how to do a light check after booking up a trailer. Telling a customer to just turn on his four ways, and saying your all good. Then later that night, I'm getting pulled over by the cops cause I don't have tail lights on the trailer, in my book isn't good customer satisfactionDONALD S.

The computer systems were down the staff was using their cell phones to secure a reservation in return products the manager was excellent he was friendly courteous addressed everyone he should be the example for other managers at U-Haul there was a young lady there she was obviously still learning the system and the computer system not working I'm sure did not help but she was friendly and courteous and she was doing the best she could overall A+ ++++chris C.

The pick up process was quick and the employee that helped us was friendly. The drop off process took some time, but only because the employee checking us in took the time to go through our billing statement with me and caught a simple error that ended up saving us a couple bucks. It was a great level of care and customer service. I'll use this location and refer it as needed.Jacob A.
I don't remember his name. But the young gentleman who was on the left of the desk facing the customers. His customer service flat out sucked! He slouched in his chair, did not have my information right as I said multiple times I had a reservstion. Was not friendly at all. It seemed he did not care. When given the keys he pointed and said 'it's over there. ' Okay? There was like 20 trucks 'over there' He stated we were all set but forgot to give me my ID back. When I asked for it back he laughed. While I went outside to look for the truck that was 'over there' luckily the other gentleman who looked like he knew what he was doing was kind enough to point out the correct truck. And even went out of his way while he was helping other customers to find the key to the back lock. If it wasn't for him I would give Uhaul -5 starsALFONSO A.
