Everything was good but the back of the 26ft truck. It had not been cleaned and had some dirt and debris. Regardless of how the previous rental was returned it should have been cleaned by uhaul for the next customer, me.
Everyone at this location was helpful and friendly, I would highly recommend them.
Extremely unprofessional team. It took 1 hour and 47 minutes since I got to the place with a reservation until I was able to get going. I. Lady that first helped had no idea what she was doing and has a toxic attitude talking back to her manager/boss. II. The boss is equally incompetent. Not only that, he set wrong expectations that I could return anywhere I wanted within Austin. This is in fact not true, you must call in Traffic Team to schedule the delivery. He also has a toxic attitude of giving feedback to the trainee lady in an open office where Customers can hear. However, he is well spoken and for the most part was polite until the trainee began asking me for feedback to corroborate her story. This is when the boss lost it and began raising his voice to silence her. Very unprofessional. III. The third person that helped me was a regular employee but you could tell he had a lot of experience both dealing with the Customers as well as working the IT system to expedite things. To his defense, he did not know the entire details and booked me to the best of his knowledge. IV. The trainee lady would often get anxious and she would begin helping other Customers. Again, I wasted nearly two hours for a contract, V. Finally, I was told that my first card did not go through. Normally, I would get a message from my bank. It turns out they charged me on multiple cards. This was very disingenuous and disappointing. I cannot express how disillusioned I am with your company. From false expectations, wrong contracts, long waiting times, multiple Billings on different credit cards, you are making sure I never rent anything from you again.
Have a direct number to the pick up location. I was also sent to a location that was closed. Customer service had the wrong cross streets for the location that I needed to be at. Just the whole customer service call is a hassle. I think it would be helpful to contact the actual location directly.
When I returned the truck I waited 5 minutes before any one came in the office
Staff was very professional and courteous. Manager Dee and Field Relief Manager Kevin are wonderful! They go out of their way to make sure every customer gets first class service! Thank you guys!

Had help hooking up the trailer and the self return was easily done on my phone! Just had to go to their share website.
The truck had a panel that kept falling off .. the truck shook the whole time... but hey I was charged a 25.00 fee because I returned it without sweeping it. I was accused of leaving leaves in the back of the truck by Kevin the manager. Horrible service!
Truck had only 13k miles on it. Felt very reliable. I wondered why uhaul doesn't invest in making the cabin more comfortable. Softer seat cushion with better lumbar and coccyx support would have been nice for example. But overall, I'm very thankful for the service here. Another good experience in my history.
Your people are fine, its your system of delivering what people order. If others ask, I will tell them if you can afford more, pay it an not use U-haul because its a shitty company.

Truck wasn't properly checked in thru computer & I received a call the next day asking for its return. It was returned on the date & time scheduled.
Unable to speak with someone regarding the missing equipment.

We had to wait an hour for the last customer to return the keys which delayed us. We returned after hours and no one told us that we were supposed to do the online return while we were there, so we had already left the location and were driving while doing the check in so I couldn't sent photos. We were also supposed to receive a $50 credit on our rental because we had to wait so long, and we have not received it yet.
I had a wonderful experience. The staff was very helpful and courteous. I will definitely use them again.

Get your issue with 1st convenience bank straightened out. I had to spend more cash, because uhaul didn't want to work with my card.
Truck was old and brakes were shot. I felt like the wheels were going to fall off. I won't be returning
This was the best Uhaul experience I've had. I did on-line checkin and when I walked over to get the keys the workers out front saw me looking for the lockbox and told me where to find it. Then when I had trouble turning on the truck they showed me what I needed to do and asked if I needed anything else before walking away.
