Although the truck was put in a location that was easy to get out of, it was hard to find parking and hard to maneuver around the facility as the auto shop was extremely busy. I also requested to be checked out by a person rather than via the app however they had to change locations due to truck availability and the new location was self check-in. It just made the check-in process frustrating but not necessarily the fault of the location. I didn’t like using the online check in.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulMake it clear where to park.. I had no idea where I was actually supposed to park the truck and I hope where I left it was ok.
MICHAEL SUhaul charged two day rental and I didn't even have it 24 hours
TERRY LI waited 30 min for the keys to the truck. The check engine light was on. I will never rent from this location again.
Stacey PNo attendant was in the office and my electronic registration did not work, needed to be finished in office after person arrived 15 minutes waiting. Truck was dirty outside, windows particularly. Check engine light came on a few miles into the trip, VERY poor gas mileage.
