The thing I was disappointed with is the trailer I rented was supposed to be a 5-feet by feet trailer but in fact the inside of the trailer was only 51in, 9in short of the advertised size we had an item that was under 5 feet but more than 51in that would not fit down in there and we were very disappointed. You should post the actual size of inside of trailer.
Me.Silva was dope, my brother in law and I came in to purchase a cargo van so we could U-haul or new BBQ grill home. Alexandro complimented on my Nintendo 64 T-shirt. We have a couple of laughs then he sent us on our way. If we ever need a cargo van or any other U-haul transportation for that matter, Mr.Silva will be the man we call. Thank you, Chris Long
The guy came out and removed the trailer that I was returning. He said that he would e-mail the receipt. The next day, I still had not received the receipt and I got 2 phone calls from U-Haul asking if I still had the trailer. Nobody seems to know what is going on.
The vehicle was clean, but the windshield was very dirty. I signed to pick up without staff because of CoVid. I had to interact with staff both on the pickup and the return. Your system let me down this time.
24/7 pick up didn't work. Had to wait until location opened
They did fine.
Charge too much
Everything was fine. The van was ready on time. The paper work went smoothly. Check in was quick. overall, a very good experience.
24/7 return app is a joke. It does not work and why should it so that you could jus charge us extra $20 plus on top of that charge another $25 for cleaning fees when we had cleaned and returned it. Plus I was told to call if was going to come after 7 so that they would set up the online return for it to be easy and when I call the lady was horribly rude and said that nothing like this exist she sent me a message link but when I was there the link shows expired then I have to call U-Haul waiting for an hour until my cell batteries died.
The dude working was all alone. I had to wait a few minutes. He was overwhelmed with work and had no help. There should be some area mgmt that can come and help out in these situations. Other than that, he was great, polite, and efficient!
Efficient and professional
I won't recommend UHaul to anyone, ever.
Although I submitted all my info on line, it took over 40 mins to get the key to the vehicle. It was awful. Especially when you have people waiting for you and a $20 after hours fee.

This Uhaul location has very knowledgeable and friendly workers. Enjoyed renting equipment at this site; would do it again!
Female staff to dress more appropriate. A staff member was leaning over the manager while he was talking on his phone saying that he was a jew. I feel that they were playing around too much for a line to start and your representative was not very familiar with your software.
Was perfect fast and friendly
My original order was cancelled and the 2nd order did not have insurance. An incident occurred and I called in and was told I didn't have insurance which is fine. Went to the drop off and spoke with Alex who said I could make payments on the amount due which was fine but the entire amount was charged on my card

Was told upon pickup the uhaul gas was empty & would get credit for returning it with 1/8th tank. Gauge showed empty & immediately went to quick trip to put in gas. Registered at half tank & fuel started blowing out of the tank onto the concrete. People yelling & employees running out with kitty liter. Fuel everywhere! Immediately called in & was sent to claims dept. 5 stars to that representative! She was amazing! Was told to bring fuel receipt & pics of disaster to location upon drop off. Employee was not interested in the photos & didnt know what to do. Said she would call manager/owner immediately & he would call me. I kept explaining the person before me DID fill it but gauge is broken. Explained we almost blew up a quick trip, explained & provided receipt showing we filled the tank even tho we only needed an 1/8th. The gauge is broken! Tried to explain the importance of this..."owner will call before we run credits & finalize numbers to run your card".. Our move was only .5mi away & consisted of 2 trips. The only credit we received was for putting in gas at 1/8 when we spent $60 filling it (accidentally as gauge is broken) no call from owner, no credit for going under projected miles etc..Person before us got screwed by filing up n being charged for not (gauge is broken) but most importantly nobody cared to address the issue & prevent next person from being unknowingly put in a position of blowing up a gas station & innocent people or being consistently overcharged. 19th ave Bell rd location is hands down a better location. Employees are well trained, trucks are in great shape, any concerns handled immediately. A+ location all the way around. 19th Ave Hatcher not so much. More to complain about but kept it to what was most important. Like public safety & getting screwed over. Next time will do whatever it takes to do business at bell rd location.
April is Amazing! She went out of her way, staying after hours to assure my rental went through without any problems. I had the same experience with her a year ago when I rented a truck and storage unit. Above and beyond exceptional customer service.
