The representative was professional, efficient, and extremely empathetic regarding all the issues I was having with the mobile app. They took the time to listen, stayed on the phone with me until everything was resolved, and showed remarkable patience throughout the entire process. Instead of rushing through the call, they made sure all of my concerns were addressed and that I felt supported every step of the way. Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulI was told the truck had a quarter of a tank and needed to be returned with a quarter of a tank. The car had zero range left no gas in it when I took it and the battery died and I was stranded waiting for roadside service to replace the battery.
Clint KThis was a very frustrating experience from start to finish. My original pickup location was changed because the truck was unavailable, and when I arrived at the alternate location, they did not have the 20 medium boxes I had already ordered, forcing me to make another stop at Home Depot. I also waited about 15 minutes before anyone came out to assist me. The truck was parked tightly between other vehicles on a rainy day, yet I was expected to take condition photos before leaving. Once I moved the truck, I discovered the driver’s visor would not stay up and repeatedly fell into my line of sight while driving. The gas tank was also essentially empty when I received it. The return process was just as concerning. A person who was not a U-Haul employee took the keys and told me she would let U-Haul know the truck had been returned. There were simply too many avoidable issues with this rental. The entire process felt disorganized, inconvenient, and well below what I expected from U-Haul.
