Staff was wonderful , service was poor went there to pick up a box truck at 5:50 , left their almost 7:30 we just couldn't log on it was very poor

Just be prepared to wait....it's a small office and very busy.
They are trying to cheat me by saying I didn't return the truck until 2 days after I had reserved it. They are trusting their employee's word over mine. I'm very upset and I will continue to pursue resolution here.
Trying to get the keys to the uhaul I reserved at this location was a horrible experience. The price was about $70 more than my online reservation showed. I wanted to know why there was such a significant difference but the person working at tags express didn't know and said she couldn't help me. I called uhaul customer service and the person I talked to said she would adjust the price to be closer to what I was initially shown in my reservation. She said I could pay this over the phone and then get the keys from the tags express employee without issue. I paid her over the phone but when I went back to get the keys the tags express agent said there was still an outstanding balance that I needed to pay before I could get the keys. I explained about the conversation I'd just had with the customer service agent but the tags express employee said her hands were tied. I tried to call the customer service agent back but the agents I spoke to after that weren't helpful, and by that point I'd wasted almost two hours of my tight moving day time frame on this nightmare. I ended up paying the ~70 extra dollars because I was losing so much time. This stressful, confusing, infuriating experience trying to pick up the uhaul I reserved made my moving day so much worse. *The terrible experience I had was more of an uhaul issue than a tags express issue.
Location opened late. Staff was rude. Credit card number was stolen.

To improve, you can start by giving your customers the correct information. It all started when I got a phone call from you guys 30 minutes before I was supposed to pick my U-Haul van at 8:15 am 3/31. You guys had to cancel my reservation and make accommodations but all the solutions you were suggesting were either going to cost me more money or make me loose time. I had a very specific time I had to move in by on that day and because I was delayed by you guys I had this whole issue with the apartment complex. I had to wait till 10:30 am to pick up the U-Haul that I reserved. I later come to find out that it was U-Haul that made a huge mistake because that location (tag express) was not a 24 hour share location. Meaning that the reason we had to wait to get our van is because we had to wait for the location to open so that we can get the keys from them. The keys were not located on the van like we were told they were. And what's worse is that, right after making my reservation, I called U-Haul to verify that this location was in fact a 24 hour share and your customer service checked and confirmed that it was. You guys caused me so much stress and anxiety that day. It shouldn't be that hard to rent out a van for a few hours but you guys found a way to make it the hardest thing ever. The person that called the day of and change my reservation was extremely rude to me. His name is Cathy or Kathy and he was extremely disrespectful, rude and unprofessional during our phone conversation. The lady at tag express didn't even try to help us as we first entered to get the keys from her. She was on the phone talking to a family member about the party she was planning for her birthday at some club. Poor customer service all through out. I am so disappointed in this company. This was my first time using U-Haul and I willl never use your services again and I will make sure that none of my family or friends use this service either.

Very unprofessional...in all aspects. Didnt even receive a reciept or paperwork during the whole process. For a van that would of cost me $20 to rent....i ended up paying $70. Very dissappointed
Personnel was friendly but slow. I had requested a furniture dolly and none was available. I called around Uhaul trying to get one, and no one was able to help me. I will try to find a different company the next time I need to rent a moving truck,
Everyone was nice however, when time to return the vehicle the mail slot was too small then they had complications with closing out the contract. I had to call to remind them about it and then I still didn't hear anything until 8:22pm. The location was convenient for where I live but unless they make better drop off arrangements and perhaps some training I won't be returning or referring
Although the staff was very friendly, pick-up took 1 hour. This location is not a U-haul friendly location. I reserved the Uhaul at another location and was emailed the next day to pick-up at this location. It is not at all close to the desired location.
Make sure the computer puts out accurate information.
Scheduled pick up was 11:00am, attendant appeared to be new and was unable to complete the transaction. She was the only one working at the time, so I had to wait until someone else came in before getting my truck. I got there at 11am did not leave until 12pm

Misinformation and poor communication received from person on phone when I called what I believe is a central number. Person at pickup location was very courteous, helpful and knew her job well.

Have the equipment that people have already reserved instead of telling them when they pick it up you don't have it. Also make it clear before the reservation is confirmed that the truck cannot be rented one location and dropped off at another location

I think it would be helpful if the Uhaul employees made sure that the truck was ready to be driven off the lot before the customer arrives. For example, a previous customer must have padlocked the back door. No one noticed this until we tried to put in the additional equipment we rented. The location didn't have a lock cutter so they gave us a larger truck (20') than we needed because it was the only other larger sized truck. We had to pay more even though we had reserved a smaller truck (17'), which would have been more than enough room for us.
Very nice employees at this location. Helped me out quickly as well!
