Clean out the uhaul trucks before renting out. Covid 19 is still around. Also inside the back of the truck was dirty. Other than that it got the job done.

ADHAM G.Definitely let the customer know that after they return the vehicle to stay with the truck until you perform the "truck return" on the mobile app. I was unaware and had to return to the uhual next day to follow up. Also to the person renting the uhaul; READ READ READ the paper given to you at the time of renting.
