Great customer interaction, pleasurable experience
Connie LClean out the uhaul trucks before renting out. Covid 19 is still around. Also inside the back of the truck was dirty. Other than that it got the job done.

ADHAM GDefinitely let the customer know that after they return the vehicle to stay with the truck until you perform the "truck return" on the mobile app. I was unaware and had to return to the uhual next day to follow up. Also to the person renting the uhaul; READ READ READ the paper given to you at the time of renting.
Shelly BGas level at pickup was absolute Empty! In a neighborhood like this I was just afraid to run out of gas before I found a filling station. Some way to begin a 1500 mile trip! Truck was clean and ride was smooth.
Lawrence FScheduled a 7am pick up got there to find out the truck was not ready and had it wait until 10am when the business opened to get the keys. This pushed my day back 3 hrs which isn’t ideal.

ANTHONY VWell, picking up the vehicle was difficult as the website was not able to locate me with my GPS in order to get the instructions on how to get my key, i had to have another person come and log into their phone, which took about an hour. The truck was a nightmare to drive because it smelled like urine and was making us nauseous...we had to keep the windows down and i had to buy a van of Febreze to spray as we were driving. Totally unacceptable to allow a vehicle to be rented in that condition.
