The representative Kay called and harassed me about returning the key at 9 AM and the truck was due to be turned in at 2 PM. In addition, she charged me for additional fuel when I took a picture of the fuel gauge at pick up and at return and the gas gauge was still the same.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulStaff were very helpful and friendly!!
Michael DThe miles was off 200+ miles before I left in there favor. The fuel was off in there favor as well. I returned it on the fuel line I picked it up on then got charged that I returned it having less fuel than it did.
Tim DExtremely rainy day, very dark and rural route. No personnel available for help other than automated voice. Equipment was in good condition. Difficult finding location to drop the keys.
IOLA MExcellent service!!
