Have locations better check truck as our rental was supposed to be for 24 hours but we could only use it for a few hours as the truck was so darn loud. Turns out it was missing a MUFFLER!!!! Still got charged fully no discount so that sucked and I wasted my money. Would have gotten a different rental but I wasn't gonna repay for it and also they didn't have another to rent so instead I had to make 20 trips in my small car. Would have been easier had truck been in working condition.

Have a truck available on the reserved date. Also dont send a customer with a reservation 20 miles away to pick up a truck you had to find over 2 hours later. Making said customer pay for all those extra miles

This was not our location We have to call u-haul to change the location because The Storage Company 3724 S Seale Rd Phenix City, AL 36869 after we arrived to find the place locked up we call the local number repeatly until a lady answered the phone I told I was there To pick up a trailer she stated she was close I stated I paid for the everything complete she said it wasn't her problem that I ordered it on line and she wasn't going to come I so I could get the trailer so I call u haul 800 number and also text the on the web site after 45 minutes of being on hold I gave up on waiting. However we got a number from Dan's Hardware because they could change my reservation only U-haul could I called the number and got it changed after almost 1 1/2 hours. I only wish there was a company that rented trailers the would care about their customers because I don't think I U-Haul does.

I was very pleased with drop - off at Dan's Hardware. This place is local to me and they are a VERY hard-working crew! I did not wait AT ALL to drop off the car hauler, as the young man who fills my LP tanks was outside! He took Pics with his phone of the trailer and literally sprinted to the area I was to drop the trailer, guided me into it and unhooked it all for me! Overall, this was an excellent experience! I only needed a small truck. Which they didn't have. Was not aware that there was another U-Haul close to me. I took the truck which was 29.99 to make a long story short I ended up paying over 80 for it and I only used it less than 2 hours. Because I have another reservation I will keep it but after that I would not recommend y'all to anyone.
