The vehicle was very old, the steering was very shaky, hard to control, and the ride was very bumpy. The vehicle seemed to need servicing. The headlights were extremely dim, including the high beams, so it was difficult to see at night. The vehicle needs to be retired or repaired to be in good working condition.
