The 24/7 SMART phone pick up option that was supposed to cut my time in half is a joke. Basically it is busy work to keep customers occupied, instead of standing in line like before, by doing uhaul employees' jobs, making it more convenient for uhaul and making them appear quick and easy to passersby who see no long line. It took over an hour to get off the lot with a reservation. Still, the clock started at the reserved time putting us in a time crunch situation. To make matters worse, they failed to provide the appliance dolly we rented so at 80 cents a mile along with the tick-tick-tick, we had to go back to get it before continuing on our way. No more uhaul for this family. We paid over a hundred bucks to make picking up a bed and a fridge a harrowing ordeal. We returned the truck precisely at the end of its rental period. Not a minute to spare but had to leave the front door off its hinges at the house to make that happen. Thanks Uhaul.

Very poor customer service every time I come in there it’s dirty and parking lot is dirty F- somebody tell Jordan he needs to be doing something other then sitting down he can be cleaning up the parking lot

Carts not available, tool from maintenance all over facility. They don't sale or offer water. Batroomon dirty. the doors it said on Sun from 9 till 8 they was closed. during the week day they close at 3pm I was told that they would be available after 3pm in July. The guy that works there is not informational. I was not made aware that I did not have 24hrs access, and that they hours of operation was still the same. I called and spoke with 4 different customer service representatives and only one was knowledgeable of what was going on. I will NEVER use U-Haul again.

I chose this location deliberately as it was the largest location with a store/showroom to be guaranteed easy access and availability. I was there 5 minutes before it opened at 9am and waited, with many others, past opening time. After 10 minutes with no one around to unlock the main door I wondered around and found some truck maintenance personnel who said "the guy ain't here yet." The employee, Jourdain-Desean Gogue, showed up 15 minutes late, sauntered in and very slowly went about turning on his system and unrolling his change for the cash register, despite a long line of people who were picking up and returning and frustrated by the delay. He then refused to process my pickup because my license was expired despite me having an active duty military ID and a temporary license from the state of Alaska. Everyone waited 10 more minutes while his manager came to his aid and told him that he could process it, despite me telling him that at the start. His rude attitude and unwillingness to move with any sense of urgency affected everyone and it caused me to finish my move using Budget Truck rental. I will not use uHaul again from this location.

The cashier who helped my husband and I was beyond rude and extremely unhelpful. We had to wait 15 minutes just to be helped. This will be our second and last time using this provider.

Renovations can be hard but, a paper stating to go to the side entrance isn't enough. Try to provide more direction for customers on where to go.

When I turned in my truck after hours on Monday, May 27th to this West Pensacola, FL location, my return was apparently processed 2 days later on Wednesday the 29th. I was sent a receipt stating that I owed an extra $200 + taxes as in $40 a day for 5 days. 5 days that I originally PREVIOUSLY paid for when I got my truck 7 DAYS PRIOR from my starting location in VA. My contract covered my move from VA to FL for 7 days and 1119 miles. I turned in my truck with more gas than I was given AND under the miles allotted. The only thing I shouldve been charged for is $40+ tax since I had it only 1 extra day, NOT 5 days. I have called customer service and and still awaiting the resolution with the trouble ticket I had to file with them over this. NO ONE HAS YET TO CALL ME TO EVEN CLEAR THIS UP, I HAVE BEEN CALLING BACK AND FORTH being on hold and transferred back and forth for as long as 59 minutes.. Only contact to me has been emails auto generated telling me I owe this erroneous amount plus taxes and late fees, but these are incorrectly being processed on move. Direct phone calls to customers need to be happening whether they do after hour drop offs or during normal business hours. Because now here I am being over charged/back dated charged for something my credit card was already charged for and no one seems to have an answer or a solution.
