So i returned a truck i put 6 miles on and put 2 gallons of gas in it they tried charging for gas i already had put in the truck then didn't want to give me all my change back customer service needs work
I want to thank the team at my pickup point in Pensacola. Hurricane Sally's devastation to the area did not deter their efforts to keep this location open via generators. The staff was very helpful and got me on my way very quickly. I commend them for their dedication and have no suggestions for improvement.

Walk them to the truck... Or the rental I was told quickly about where it was ... I matched the ticket number or paper to the number of the truck... Other then that. It was great....
Gas tank was not full at the beginning as told, but customer rep took care of this with my gas receipt.
Great service. First trailer had a light out. The UHaul rep got me another trailer and sent me on my way. No issues whatsoever. No issues with the on my 1000 mile trip the next day.
Minimal effort was given to customer service at the counter. The truck smelled like cigarettes. The turn signal broke off as soon as I touched it because it was only hanging on by a thread. I still used the truck and returned it early. The following morning, which was a Saturday, I got a phone call at 7am and a woman left a kind of abrasive voicemail claiming that I had not returned the truck and threatening me that I would be charged $50 for every reservation that they were unable to fulfill. Again, I had actually returned the truck the previous day several hours before it was due back. I called and waited on hold for about 10 minutes then she answered and said she just hadn't seen it sitting out there. She wasn't quite as rude once she realized it was her mistake, but she still wasn't polite either.

I asked for a 15 foot truck and got a 26 foot truck, which was harder to handle on the road, especially a 6 hour long trip. They claimed that was all they had in stock, not appreciated at all.

This place was outstanding.
physical location and experience great, its your online stuff that is kinda cruddy. 1st, i requested a trailer in Pensacola, and at 7am. I got an email stating I could pick up the trailer at Gulf Breeze at 10am. I did not get the trailer from there. Found the Mobile hwy office closer and that was not even listed in the options. 2nd, a day after I returned the trailer, I got another email stating that I had not brought the trailer back yet. So you need to work on the online stuff.
I want to let you know that we had a rather terrible day moving, it was raining down buckets of water, the 20' UHaul truck got stuck in the mud and we were delayed 24 hours getting the truck back. We called your RoadSide assistance line and spoke with Joseph who was outstanding. Very reassuring everything was going to be fine, he sees this happen all the time. Great Customer Service. Then when we returned the truck late the next day, gentlemen that checked in our truck was very understanding and didn't charge us any late fees. Again, outstanding Customer Service. If only all companies would provide 1/2 of the service UHaul did, we would have better Customer experiences with companies. Job Well done UHaul, you have a customer for life.
The trailer I used was first class. Will definitely use again.
The trailer we received was terrible and unusable. We had the tire shred the first 12 hours.
Everything was easy and convenient.
I was over charged but couldn't do anything cause I was rushed out the door and got charged for things that 5 hours earlier I was told that those charges would be adjusted if we got done early.I got scared! I wish they had never told me about he possibly of an adjustment!!!!!!! Now I'm just mad!!!!!! every time I use U-Haul I get burned one way or another!!!!!

Great experience. Took care of everything for it over phone and email. Had family member pick up and return. Everything went smooth.
Being that there is a extra precaution due to Covid-19, I would have thought the vehicle was cleaned out and santizer.
