Well I wasn't really pleased when I brought the truck back I think I was over charged in mileage and I never received my receipt..

Quick, easy, and the dude was super cool.
i was charged for insurance even though i waived it. This facility had no internet, no phone?.....how is that even possible?...i filed a customer action complaint with UHaul ans haven't heard a word.
The employees were kind and professional
I was charged 2 times. 103 for a 15 ft van should have been 26. Then when I go to pick up lock code on lock was incorrect and I was directed to another location to get one and was told I would receive last payment returned in 3 to 5 days. And then paid 112 for a 20 ft. That is very unacceptable. Had gauge was not working properly I put well over 7/8 due to failing. The woman I spoke to with 1st truck was rude and I will never use you again or recommend.
Wrong drop off information was given, two hours of my time and many miles of night driving after a long travel and move were wasted. Customer service sent me to to places that didn't have nighttime drop off let alone the 1 hour and 51 minutes on hold with customer service. Terrible experience. The vehicle requested was NOT available after reserving a week in advance. Seat would not adjust so it was very uncomfortable for me to drive.
Extend the $50 offer for not having the equipment I signed-up for during pick-up. I reserved and confirmed an 8' pickup for a.m. 8:30 on Nov. 3 (online order). I confirmed the online check-in and I received an email for confirmation. The day of- I checked my email and saw the pickup time as 7:30 a.m. (alarmed I may not make it there walking) I immediately called Uhaul to notify them I may be 30 minutes late and asked if that would be okay and would it change anything? They assured me by extending my pick-up time to 9:00 a.m. and to take my time and nothing would change. I arrived around 8:00. They checked me in and led me to a 10' truck of which they said I reserved. I told them I did not (hard to handle) and I have the email to prove it. He then said they did not have any 8' pick-ups available. I accepted the truck because I had a previous set appointment for the truck lined-up. Also, because of this truck the usual milliage (0.59) changed to (0.79) but he said he would only charge 0.59 because of the inconvinience. I rented this for 2 days ( driving that 10' with what I needed for was a eeal inconvinience to me). I checked my email when I returned that day and noticed when they changed the time they changed the truck without notice. I reserved and confirmed an 8' pickup - when I arrived none was available. The staff was polite but I ended paying for a headache.

Truck was a mess and wasnt running correctly. Miles was way off. Truck was parked due to hurricane sally but when returned somehow Im told I drove over 500 miles?? Im still wondering how when it sat parked because of the hurricane for like my entire rental besides like 2 days. Still waiting to talk with manager ... Never rent with haul

Need to clean under the seats and in the cup holders.. had to remove white powder from cup holders in the passenger door and empty water bottle from under the passenger seat. The seats were covered in white fuzz.... The only reason I gave them a poor for location is that we lived 12 miles away from that site and the van that we reserved was not a priority in the location that was within 2 miles from our house, apparently they can't make anyone who reserves less than 6 weeks in advance a guarantee that a van will be available or held for them. But if you reserve two months in advance they will. Although the person stated on the phone only one van was at that location being held for that other costumer ..but actually there was two vans sitting on that lot. So our van reservation got moved to 3 different locations moving us further and further away from our home. This has been a yearly experence with U-haul (past 3 years have been awful). But the staff at the u-haul place on mobile hwy were Excellent!!!
He told me when I returned the Truck that I would get a receipt in my email with 10 minutes. I still did not received one until this am. The Receipt is NOT ITEMIZED, so I was confused to amount that was charged. It took several times to get a live person to help me contact the billing office. I have emailed the billing office. I am still waiting for a complete ITEMIZED Statement.
Personal was nice, but I had reserved 2 dozen blankets and 1 dolly. I did not get either. I wish I would have checked at that time, but it was on the contract. A total cost of $30. I will attempt to call this location for credit. Truck was not very clean. Sticky steering wheel. Smell of a ash tray.

I was not aware that there was an after hours charge for the truck to be checked in. I was charged the extra $20 when I was never told that there was an extra step I had to do when I dropped off the truck. Also, the truck wasn't swept before I rented it, bird seed inside the bed of truck.
The person who checked us back in was very sweet and professional. However, when I explained what happened with the mileage he assured me that I would not pay for the mileage I did not use. After a day or so later, I checked my credit card statement and the charge was still there. I am very unhappy with all of this. I would truly appreciate a refund.
