They need to explain how to look for email to explain about copying your license or other emails pertaining to drop off.they weren't informative at all.just took your card handed you key that was it.you were basically on your own

Don't leave customers on hold for 20 minutes. Don't disconnect them after someone finally picks up. Fix your website so that the location services works and customers can use your online check in. Oh, and make sure that the drop off location originally scheduled is actually in business
Don't perform rentals when your primary business isn't open. I paid money for dollies that I did not receive because your primary business wasn't open. Also, try a lock box with a larger key drop slot - the large keyfob for the van I rented wouldn't fit in it.
Truck was not operational when we arrived. Owner got it started but it barely hung on while we had it. Returned in less than 24 hours but charged for two days. Complaint filed today with customer service.

We reserved the truck for 6am pickup. My husband got there and was not able to get the truck until after 8am. The code to the get the key did not work and had to wait until the business opened at 8am to get the key. Ended up having to cut the box to get to the key.
the truck i used needs some front end shaky is starting to come on maybe new tires or hub assembly needs to be replaced but other than that it was good thank you
This truck does not rotate, so if you live a distance you have to drive to pick it up and drive to return it. My initial reservation said return locally, but changed after the pickup. I spent two hours driving to and from. My initial quote was just over $90 and they took out almost $140. My move was about 2 miles from my home, most of the mileage was taking the truck back-and-forth. I wouldn't use this particular one again.
Someone had hauled hay in trailer and there was hay all over the bed of the trailer

I had to clean glass out of the back of the trailer to prevent possibly messing up a tire on my new lawn mower. Sweep the trailers out.
I inadvertently came to Cut Above to pick up my rental. The attitude I perceived was "You ain't my problem. I'm not even going to try to help you. You are wasting my time." For example, I was having trouble getting a cell signal, so I couldn't pull up my reservation or call Uhaul direct, but she did not offer to let me use the landline to call Uhaul or offer to call Uhaul for me, to find out what location I needed to go to. I love karma. When I arrived at the correct location, the correct location was closed. I called uhaul.com and they found me a rental at Cut Above. When I arrived back at Cut Above they checked me in and sent me on my way. Had I not had the first experience with them I would have rated them Average. If you are looking for a positive experience when you feel welcome and appreciated, this is not that place, but if just want to rent a clean truck, they with do.

The equipment was clean but the engine had a bad miss luckily I only used for 19 miles so not a real issue. Ms. Molly was very helpful and nice to work with, the only complaint is they closed at 3:00 on Friday and open Saturday from 9:00-12:00. And they don't answer the phone after hours so that you can reserve.
Owner Manager is rude. If you request an 8:00 pickup you might as well plan on 8:30. She doesn't even show up to work til 8:15!

The truck was not clean. It showed it had almost a half a tank until I was actually able to drive away from the stupid humanless process. It was ON EMPTY!!! I had to go next door to the Texaco for gas. The truck does not change gears properly runs horribly. Will not be using your company again

Upon walking up to the door, sign reads one customer at a time (understandable given the current times we are going through, yet 2 customers were already inside). When they left and I entered, literally waited 5/10 minutes as the representative was on a personal phone call with her cell phone and didn't take a second to greet nor excuse herself . During the rental process, the representative did not get up for anything, making me get the ID number off the unit I rented and sent a random person from the back that was yelling and carrying on a profane conversation in the back to take pictures of the unit as the representative sat down at her desk. The gentleman that came outside asked if I needed help picking up the trailer and attaching, I responded that'll be nice of you, half way through, he stated he was tip friendly.... really. Doing the renting process she asked to take a picture of my ID with her personal phone because my carrier wouldn't accept the text link. Didn't feel comfortable with it, but I need to rent the unit.
We rented a truck and auto transport and given no instructions to how to hook up transport When we returned equipment was sent to several different drop offs being told different information and made us costs extra in gas and mileage
