Lady was on her cell phone and told me to find an empty spot to park the auto transport and we were good to go. No help whatsoever. We evidently interrupted her. No thank you or anything.

I normally rent from the White Road location in Pearl, MS. I actually thought I had a reservation but didn't. Greg was so helpful in helping locate a van at the Hwy 80 location. Both locations did a great job in helping me especially on such short notice given that I thought a had reserved a van but failed to. Great employees at both locations.

Can’t think of anything to improve. Because there is nothing to improve. Everything is great! Everyone is nice and helpful. The one that has waited on me the most is Cicely. Cicely is a great customer representative. She is always is efficient and waits on you promptly. She is very pleasant to all the customers she waits on. I rented a 19.95 truck, when the equipment was assigned I was given an alternate truck without knowledge. I returned the truck with the gas where the contract stated. I was not informed that smoking was not allowed. All this was told to me when returning, I was charged a 25.00 cleaning fee, and 8.00 for gas, although it was beyond the listed return gage on my contract. The representative DID NOT tell me this when picking up the truck. Also, the 7:30 AM caller was rude, quote: "this .. I want to know where is my truck" (my car was parked in front of the building). I spent 96.00 for a 19.95 truck!! I would appreciate a refund of 33.00 for the unadvertised and non explanation and unadvised "swap: of vehicle.

When it came to renting it was great. Took a minute to get it all squared away and the staff was very helpful to get things taken care of. However, after getting the truck, the oil light came on. Checked that and found that the truck had none. Bought the oil that was listed in the oil cap and put in. Kept the receipts because my contract said I would be reimbursed. After returning the truck and the receipts. I was double charged, and not reimbursed. Called to check on that and was yelled at by an employee for over 5 minutes about how I put in the wrong oil, and that it was my fault and most definitely not theirs. When told about the other charges, he told me it would have to be taken care of later. I thought it was extremely unprofessional to yell at a customer. Will not be using this facility again.

The personnel that helped me was very brief with his communication and told me that everything would be done online and did not explain anything in person. I also mentioned that I had called this location and he said that he was not the person I had spoken to because he has his calls forwarded. Very impersonal.

Our truck had at least 100 pads in it that we did not ask for. We were supposed to pick up our truck at 8am, but were not allowed to get in until 9. Then, when we asked to keep it later, we were charged $56 more. I am very unhappy with the service I received.

We reserved this over 2 weeks in advance and had multiple changes on the location pick up within 3-4 days before pick up. We then had to go to 2 separate places to get the equipment we had reserved because they didn't have it at one location, The staff was not very friendly and it was not a smooth experience.

I rented the truck to be picked up in Ridgeland to cut down on the truck mileage. Instead, I had to pick it up in pearl which added another $40 in mileage fees. That was NOT cool.

These guys were great On another note, different uhaul location, I had online rented a storage space and when I arrived one was not available and the attendant informed me uhaul didn't have a 10x20 in the area available. Very frustrating trying to find another place last minute

Horrible service... went in person and reserved 15 foot u haul for 2 days. When we arrived on Friday to pick up the u haul we were told that we could only have it for 12 hours. The person who was running the inside told us to use the APP. Basically so he could wait on other customers inside. The APP is worthless. We checked in after 10 minutes of answering questions but were unable to “return” once we were finished. We were told not to worry about taking pictures of the damage on the truck that it was “ok”. I will never use Pearl uhaul again. The other rip off is the amount of money you pay... $29.95 per day and $.99 a mile! If at all possible avoid this place. I got a better deal with Penske on highway 49!
