Everyone but one person here was wonderful. I was a bit frantic because nothing had been going right for me that day and when I arrived, my location settings on my phone wouldn't allow me to complete the mobile pick up. I asked someone at the counter who said he couldn't help. I tried for 15 minutes to fix my phone, then tried to call the 1-800 number and was on hold when I asked another employee at the counter (the first guy had left) for help. He says "oh yeah no problem" and had everything finished up in minutes, much to my relief. It definitely helps who's on staff that day. The truck was clean and in good condition.NICOLE E.

While the employees at the Pawtucket location were very good, they were very short staffed and it took longer than I would've liked. There also needs to be significantly better communication between locations. I rented a 20' truck and bought multiple bedcovers through the Cumberland location, they called and said the Pawtucket location was the only one with that truck I asked if I can also pick up my bedcovers there and they said yes. When I got to the Pawtucket location they said I would need to go to the Cumberland location to pick up the bedcovers. The manager then called them and had everything switched over after I had to complain and wait an extra 20 minutes....for bedcovers.Andrew C.
2nd times I rented the truck was dirty, it smelled like cigarettes. I couldn't changed trucks because I didn't have my cell with me, but they did clean it before I rented. Also they do have older trucks here. But honestly i would keep me coming and recommend because of the the staff. I always have a professional experience from all the staff during renting and returning.Valerie T.

The website is terrible. I tried returning it online after hours and had to do it 3-4 times before it processed. I also returned the keys through the drop off slot and then went onto the site to learn I needed to take photos before returning the keys. Should be a sign saying to go online before dropping the keys through the slot so that I was aware I needed to take photos. Once the keys are dropped off it's impossible to get the relevant photos.Ivan R.

Vehicle pictures and license plate (Vehicle Condition) were different from what they gave me. Check in took over 30 minutes even after reserving, in person the previous night. Vehicle return took close to 30 minutes. Will not use this location again.THOMAS S.
