The customer service representative named Hans "assistant manager" was very discriminative towards me and my medical issues. He did not allow me to proceed with my U-Haul reservation did not try to give me any help was completely belligerent it was uncalled for. I advised that we as a great community from all of your staff and customers to read all policies implemented so no more discriminatory actions are made. I was completely unsatisfied with how the service went there as I stated before informing your staff on the specifics of the guidelines and policies implied will be looked over so there will be no more further incidents such as I experienced today

One of your customer service representatives disrespected me. He falsely excused me for stealing and yelled at me when I returned the truck on June 27, 2020 at 2:40 pm.
Ensure that your staff be consistent with the mask/face covering policy. I was discriminated against at this store. I was sent home because I had no face mask; my mask broke. I vacated the premises to fetch a face covering given the health crisis we face. I obliged, went home and came back with a face mask. Surprisingly, I saw people in the store with no face masks being cater to by the very associate that vehemently deny me entry to the facility. I feel disrespected, unfairly targeted and subjected to discrimination.

It was difficult to find the first vehicle assigned to us and we had to find another vehicle.
Message on key drop off door for drop off before store hours was confusing. No fault of store. When you contacted Uhaul.com with phone number and name as instructed there was no clear way to complete the drop off. I just gave up. Left the key and hoped for the best.
The only problem I had my rental was suppose to be dropped off at 8pm. But the location changed it to 6:45 without telling me and I would never have agreed because I needed it till 8. When I called in they told me the location changed my reservation drop off time. And if I didn't drop it off at 6:45 I would be charged 22.00.
The bill was all doubled and included charges I did not authorize. They logged the truck back in the next morning and we had returned it prior to our turn in time. Bait and switch pricing is illegal and this location will try and take advantage of you.
Cab of the vehicle was dirty, someone had spilled a soda in the dash drink holder and all over the center seat that had dried. The inside of the windshield was filthy and appeared had not been cleaned in months, horrible to see through when driving at sunset. I would have thought the cab would be cleaner due to Covid-19, it appears the cab was not cleaned after the previous renter.

Could not park my uhaul anywhere near where I was supposed to due to to many being in the return section. Also the self return option kept glitching and wasn't working. Very frustrating.
Need new easier system from online ordering. Stores system always down

I was directed to return the trailer to a location that was more than 1/2 hour away, when there was a facility two miles away that would accept it. Customer convenience should be a concern. Otherwise, the young man who waited on me (William da Cruz) was extremely efficient and polite - good experience.
i would have given 5 stars except the van was not sanitized before i got it. i had to use my own disefecting supplies to clean the gross steering wheel and door handles and it also smelled like wet dog in the back of the van
