Try not being rude to the costumer and not closing before the closing time. Also try not shutting the door in my face and using a rude tone with me. This happened with not one worker but two.
The rear door of the truck stuck open 6â€. You had to slam it down to get it to go the last few inches. There was no place during the return process to note such a mechanical issue before the next rental.
Everything ran smoothly and the associates were friendly and very helpful/knowledgeable.
Customer service was phenomenal at this location, and they made my first time renting a u-haul very easy. The manager and staff William da Cruz assisted me; their friendliness and willingness to explain the renting process to me greatly alleviated my moving stress. Thank you for such a great experience, and I would highly recommend this location!
The uhaul had no radio and the tire pressure gauge was on before we started driving the vehicle
Had alot of problems with returning truck after hrs..could not share my location on app...checked my phone everything was on..tried to call help line several times with no success..asked gentleman who was parked next to me and he was having same issues....spent over an hr on something that should have taken only 5 mins...eventually gave up and put keys in drop box due to having to work next morning...
The online return system does not work well at all. I attempted to use the u-haul app first. It did not work for a return. There were 3 other people at the location and we all had the same problem.
1. Get the mileage correct. My receipt said the mileage start was 79410, when it was actually 79426. But because I didn't upload the info right away, (and I was not given that info about updating the link that was sent me at check in) I got charged for going 30 miles! Which according to my calculations, was incorrect. I was overcharged by $25 during this Covid pandemic. 2. Remove the graffiti off your trucks. A customer should not have to ride around in a truck tagged with graffiti. It's embarrassing, and shameful. 3. Your team looked tired and overworked. Get some rest, practice prayer and meditation and take care of one another with lunches and breaks so your team feels loved, respected and valued at work. Hopefully I will have a different experience the next time I HAVE TO rent at this location. God bless you and have a Happy New Year!

Make sure the area where you retrieve the keys is completely cleared of snow. Did not like having to climb a snow pile to get the key out.

The truck leaked and caused 3,000 dollars of damage. I purchased the insurance and I was still denied cause after waiting a month they said they couldn't find a leak. The truck sat in heavy Rain on a hilly street for a couple of days while we waited to move in. It was a horrible experience and I will make sure to tell anyone moving my experience and to go else where. This company does not care about the clients they serve.
Cory Perry was very rude and unhelpful his attitude could use improving.
I had made the reservation at another location. The technician expressed doubt that my car would carry such a large trailer but quickly substituted a hitch connector that would handle the larger trailer.
Tire pressure sensor was off. Should let you know,1 hour grace period when renting. Other than that very good.
Dropping off the truck was different. Immediately a representative was standing next to me looking everything over and checking me in. Very pleased.
I'd suggest having the rental closer to the door. I had to walk too far with a bad knee. Then walk back to get the key and back again. The check in process was long and defeated the purpose of having zero contact in the store.

Hard to comment: location COULD NOT PROVIDE A TRUCK TO RENT!!!!!!!!!!!!! Location seemed good. U-Haul Logistics sucked!
Person checking vehicle over when done doesnt know how to read gas gauge said 1/8 tank and it was at 3/8
