After checking in, I was sent to find my van myself. The van did not have numbers on the outside. A gentleman leaving his shift stopped and helped me. The guys working were basically useless.


i rent the van around 4 and i leave it there to pick it up later around 6:30 i took the van for may be 3 hours more or less and they charge me 20$ extra they say after hours fee for what so im gonna go back to you guys to see whats wrong coz its not fair

I've rented from this location probably about 50-60 times over the past couple of years and in general they are always polite, personable and take care of me as quickly as possible. Yesterday's visit was no exception. I believe it was the Manager Corey which helped me and it was extremely cold out. In fact it was so cold that I am actually taking time to write this review. 99 out of 100 times I don't do them. Long story short, dude was happy to help and got the trailer attached while maintaining a professional and pleasant demeaner and not showing any signs that he would rather be inside or anywhere that wasn't cold enough to store the covid vaccine. I've got to give him credit for that. He even took the time to tell me to stay safe and warm and all that good stuff. He is definitely a great asset to the location and I appreciate all of his help over the past few years.

Everything was great, except for one recommendation...have your employees treat people with some respect. When returning the truck the employee recieving the truck was overflowing with additude because I couldn't hear him behind his mask, when he said leave the truck on. He gave me a look like he wanted to fight me, which I did not take lightly. I'm all for it, if I was at a dive bar or fight club...but its not what I signed up for that day. That soured what was until that point a very good service.

Try not being rude to the costumer and not closing before the closing time. Also try not shutting the door in my face and using a rude tone with me. This happened with not one worker but two.

The rear door of the truck stuck open 6”. You had to slam it down to get it to go the last few inches. There was no place during the return process to note such a mechanical issue before the next rental.

Had alot of problems with returning truck after hrs..could not share my location on app...checked my phone everything was on..tried to call help line several times with no success..asked gentleman who was parked next to me and he was having same issues....spent over an hr on something that should have taken only 5 mins...eventually gave up and put keys in drop box due to having to work next morning...

The online return system does not work well at all. I attempted to use the u-haul app first. It did not work for a return. There were 3 other people at the location and we all had the same problem.

1. Get the mileage correct. My receipt said the mileage start was 79410, when it was actually 79426. But because I didn't upload the info right away, (and I was not given that info about updating the link that was sent me at check in) I got charged for going 30 miles! Which according to my calculations, was incorrect. I was overcharged by $25 during this Covid pandemic. 2. Remove the graffiti off your trucks. A customer should not have to ride around in a truck tagged with graffiti. It's embarrassing, and shameful. 3. Your team looked tired and overworked. Get some rest, practice prayer and meditation and take care of one another with lunches and breaks so your team feels loved, respected and valued at work. Hopefully I will have a different experience the next time I HAVE TO rent at this location. God bless you and have a Happy New Year!
