well I have complaints to be honest the guy was nice to me and I was on a time limit so I basically had to rush things my first complain was I was promise a call back on Sunday a day before I was suppose to get my u hal nobody called me I saw that it was almost 5 o clock and I knew they close soon so I called hem to find out what was going on the guy was nice to me but he said well sir we sent you a email I didn't want a e mail I wanted my phone call like I was promise the voice prompt clearly said we are recording to make sure I get the best best experience and I did not get that because nobody was plan on calling me back people have to remember to be human and pick up the phone and call the internet isn't going to solve all the problems next I wanted my u hal in Georgetown sc the lady told me they did not have any u hals in that area I know the area and I knew raido shack carries u hals that's why I ask her can she call to make sure she said they didn't have it but the next morning when I got into Georgetown passing by radio shack there was at least 6 to 7 u hal just sitting there for the size I requested 1 bed room truck so that made me upset that I had to pass by that and drive to Pawleys Island to get my truck time was not on my side to stop call and fuss about it. next the guy was a nice guy but the problem I with him was I said which one is the u hal he said o it's out side by the dumpster I walkout there to look at it he gave me my papers swipe my card and gave me the keys and said enjoy he didn't walk me out side he did not inspect the truck to check for dents or scratches so I had to do a quick video of myself going around the truck to look for these dents and scratches yes I found some I had to do that just incase they didn't blame me for that next the final thing that blew me up and I had no choice but to take a risk w because I was on a time limited I had to be at work the unthinking able happen the check engine light came on as I was driving down the road while I was in the middle of Pawleys Island and Georgetown and then the truck started shaking I said O My God this was poor poor service this was my very first U hal truck but this experience has burn it's mark on my brain I will remember this every time I look at a u hal truck

Get the ants out of the cab. Remove moss and debris from the exterior. Looks like the truck went through a storm.

It was clean but the tires were leaking air consistently. The 14 drive was complicated by it being rather difficult to keep behind he truck and continuous refilling of the air. It also didn't have a easy lift and took two men to connect to the truck empty. The workers offered to help and did however which was appreciated.

Dargen was extremely personable and friendly, and took care of getting us out. Unfortunately, it was only after we were about to leave with a loaded truck that I discovered that the right rear tire was extremely worn and under inflated (29psi when I filled it). I had no choice but to drive. On the trip we ran into an unbelievable hailstorm and I had to clean the window - but there was no wiper fluid. When I called to ask what kind of compensation they might provide I didn't get to speak to Dargen. The gentleman who asked if he could "help" said "Well, did you get to NJ?" sarcastically. I said, barely. When he said "what do you mean barely, you got there," I told him I would call back when I could speak to Dargen. Whoever that was, needs to be retrained.
