This company was very knowledgeable and helped me all the way. Gave me an extra day so that I could unpack all day at the other end. Turns out I didn't need that extra day, but I was glad to know I didn't have to be in a huge rush to return the truck. They (you) gave me a truck that was simple to drive knowing full well that I am NOT going to be a long-distance trucker for a living. Thanks!

Staff was not very friendly. Messy office environment and quite frankly unprofessional. Truck was dirty inside with unfolded blankets, potato chips and dirt on the floor. The cockpit was dirty, floor mate muddy, pizza boxes under the seat. The windshield wipers were unserviceable and dangerous to drive.

He complained that he had to receive my trailer. Said that requested to more drop offs, but mine was sent anyway. Wasn't happy about it. It was not my fault, and shouldn't have verbalized to me.

After having a nightmare of a move go bad on us that resulted in us having to turn around and turn our one-way move into an "in-town" move, our fee changed from $850 to nearly $1600. While I can understand the policy behind why it had to be changed to an in town move, it would have been nice to see some empathy and even for them to help in some way ease the pain of our debacle. Instead of that, it was simply "there's nothing we can do." Even the regional manager could "do nothing." Being in management myself, there's rarely a time that there's "nothing" I can do to try to help a customer who's in a bad situation. The whole situation was made worse by the fact that everytime you try to call uhaul, you're put on hold for 20-30 min or more (called 5 different times during this trip). Tried to call before returning the truck to see if there was somewhere else I could take it to cut my cost and the phone was disconnected. No call back after giving the person my name and order number and after waiting 30 min on hold again, I decided just to return to the original place. Overall a bad situation that was made worse with a bad experience in customer service from uhaul.

We dropped the truck off using the drop box. Ended up being charged 2 additional days, even though the truck was returned on time. I have emailed twice and gotten no response. I’ve currenlty been on hold on the customer service line for over 20 minutes trying to sort out the erroneous $115 extra charge that was not warranted.
