Location is a little off the beaten path, and although the service agent was polite she could've been more helpful. For instance when I initially pulled the rental into the slave closest to the office she came out and asked that I park it in software 16, which without hesitation I did. When I returned to the office and then asked can you back out on instead of head in parking? Why not say that in the beginning?

you should tell that there is no drop box at this location.. no 24 hr drop off
The manager, Linda, was very courteous to us and took the time to thoroughly answer all of our questions and concerns. For any future truck or van rentals, we definitely will be returning to this location. We highly recommend this dealer.
Not right that u charge double for mileage on weekends.
I think i needed more options. I paid way to much money for using the truck for a little while.
So I reserved a 20" truck Saturday nov 15th to be picked up Sunday nov 16th. The only reason why I rented from U-Haul it was because it was going to be given to me for three days. My online receipt said Sunday 15th until Wed 18th, when I go to the store to pick up the truck at the store it was saying that I was had to return it Tuesday 17th even though my receipt said Wed 18th. The person helping me reassure me that he was going to change that mistake in the system but never did. So when I returned the truck on Wed 18th like my online receipt said, they charged me $70+ for being a day late. And since I was moving I lost that paper that said return by wed 18th. I really wish they could do something to help me with this problem

I think I was over charged I don't understand how I paid $148 .
Make sure to get the proper training of UHaul online program and make sure to understand the rules and regulations of different types of truck rental to make sure that you are giving your customers the correct information.
