Truck was on empty,cab was dirty,the rear compartment was filthy with construction debris. I didn't know if I would make it to the gas station. Opened the lock box and there was no key in it. Im absolutely disappointed with the experience.Oscar M.

Tonya, whom was taking the returned truck and tow dolly. I do not think could read. She gave the lady at uhual on the phone someone else's info. I was then emailed there personal info. In a receipt. The store is a rundown convenience store that sells drug paraphernalia. She waited on customers the entire time, made my husband relocate the 26 foot truck and tow dolly across the parking lot. Then tried to get us to remove the tow dolly from the truck. She checked the gas and mileage three times. We were there over 45 minutes, I spoke to the lady with Uhual to verify our information which, she did not have. This was a VERY frustrating, and disgusting way of doing customer service. This looks extremely bad on Uhual, for customer's having to deal with this after having relocated my Mother 500 miles. I hope all the awful reviews of this location someone will actually pay attention to. Disgusted in Panama City, FloridaTara P.
Reserved a Uhaul online and when I got to pick up location they didn't have the truck I reserved so sent me to another location across town and when I went there to pick up equipment they didn't have dolly I reserved so ended up moving with no dolly it was a horrible experience.Chris B.

After requesting a location and then being cancelled and sent to another location with an email and having to make another set of trips, I am sent to two different locations one far away from my requested location where a truck was not able to even be rented. Then I was sent to another location with a truck with 1/4 tank of gas at pickup. Very disappointed. Won't use Uhaul in the future. You changed your business model and it sucks!Ginger H.

This was a convenience store and U Haul was not a priority for them. It took them a long time to get in touch with their contacts with U Haul which added to their frustration and mine. The trailer that I was assigned by U Haul was not at this location, so another one was given. When I went to return the trailer, I tried to get the correct trailer number added to my contract and called the national line twice and was transferred to a regional number. I was disconnected or had a dropped call the first time and called back to the national number and was given the regional number and was told by that person that the trailer number did not matter. Very confusing, probably the the worst U Haul experience in my 30+ years of using U Haul. Added to all of the Hurricane Michael stuff, it was less than desirable to say the least. Oh, and had no help getting the trailer hooked up to my truck.MARK P.

My friend who drove the truck took it back last night around 8p. The employee told him she was new and didn't know anything about it.. So he locked up the truck and told her I would bring the key back before noon. The lady who's working there today called me this AM and was upset. She said she lost a reservation because she didn't have the key. I told her what happened last night and it wasn't my fault and I was about to bring in the key. I dropped off the key at 11:50am and told her I was on time. She said the night employee should've called her. They need to instruct the new employees better so they don't put the customers thru any inconvenience. I only gave 1* because of what happened last night. Btw.. My friend filled up w/ gas past the 3/4 mark that was required. I fully complied w/ my agreement and I'm not responsible if they lost business.. It was THEIR fault NOT mine.Maria E.

I have back trouble and the lady who rented it to us said she wasn't srtong enough to help us hook up the trailer nor did the 6x12 have a jack. No one checked the trailer before we left for problems so they wouldn't have known when we returned it if there was an issue whether we had caused it or not. No one did a walk around inspection of the lights or function of the trailer I had to do that myself. Very kind people but that was it, service was the worst I've seen in the 6 times I've rented a uhauladam B.

This location is a convenience store. The clerk was extremely nice; however, she had to take care of store customers in addition to assisting us. I was impressed with how she was able to multi-task. There was a problem with the computer. She had to make several phone calls for assistance. She stated that the problem has been happening for a while. Our wait was about 45 minutes from the time of arrival to the time we drove off in the truck. This was entirely too long.KEN C.

The safety chains were missing. There was some pine needles & leaves inside. It was not a problem we just swept it out. Probably blew in since the roll-up door was open when we picked it up. People were very nice. We noted the chain issue with the clerk. We used the trailer anyway since we were only going a few blocks.EUGENE B.
