The truck cab was flighty dirty. Full of door hair and the cup holder was dirt and sticker soda. I also never received my 2 dozen moving blanket s When turning the vehicle in at a different location tried to keep me when getting charged by calling customer service and she Said he needed to call the pickup location. That person there just said nothing they coujd do. So its now my problem simply if This is not refunded I will not rent from Uhaul again. Terrible experience.

Jennifer FOnce again there was no representative at the drop off location. And it was in a very, very seedy , unsafe area of town, felt very unsafe while I was doing a U-Haul representatives job..
ricardo oI dropped the truck off about 4:00 pm on Thursday, when it was supposed to be returned at 8:30 am on Friday. Over 16 hours early. The hours at VJ Food Mart are 7:00 am to 9:00 pm. It was definitely not clean and inviting! The girl behind the counter told me to just drop the key in the drop box. That was it! Today, Friday 7:00 am (still 1 1/2 hours before it was supposed to be returned), I get a charge of over $20 for after hours return! What is that all about?
