It would have been nice if there were signs up to designate where the drop off location was. Had to stop and ask.

I don't know if free wifi service is available after hours at this location. I was unable to complete the return process via the U-Haul app, which hung while attempting to process the photos I entered. The app then reset and I took another set of photos with my phone in case they were needed later. Please confirm that my return is complete. Thank you

James W.Used the automated checkin, since this site closed on Saturday at noon. Really difficult navigation on the app, and the location finder just continued to spin and not find location, despite enabling location while using the app. Had to reload pictures every time we reentered the app...frustrating. Would have been nice to have real-human service on a Saturday afternoon, as opposed to being forced to deal with the app.
