The lights on the right side of the trailer did not work. Rather than exchanging it for one that worked, we were sent to an automotive repair facility to have it fixed. That is not my idea of customer service. I will not use that location again

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe equipment was quite wet inside, while this follows historic rain it limited my immediate usage until it had dried out. Also the trailer rented to me was in horrible condition, it looked as though it had been in several wrecks with the wheel fenders pushed in very close to rubbing the tires. On some bumps they did scrape on the tires. Not a reflection of the renting location but of the equipment still allowed to be in service in the U-Haul fleet following what had to have been major accidents.
