There needs to be a proper set up in place to collect the keys for the truck. One place they send you to you are to put a code in a box to open the box to get the keys and at this place you were supposed to search around in the back of one of three different Uhauls that were there for the keys. The app we were using and the emails were not telling us which truck to look in and where exactly in the back of the truck the keys would be.

Arrived to drop off truck, no one there. Note on window said back in 30 minutes. Called number on the window but, couldn't leave message due to mailbox full.....waited almost 40 minutes and finally called U-Haul online. They were very helpful & assisted me in returning truck to Owensboro, Ky. This location is a bad reflection on U-Haul.

truck was in poor condition. the steering had a great deal o play, the suspension was poor and the exhaust was extremely loud.
