I paid for and reserved furniture dollies 1 week in advance and confirmed my reservation the morning of the rental. Upon arrival at the facility, I was told 2 of the 3 dollies had been rented out and I only got one. Clerk was not helpful and unable to give me an explanation.

Kind of a pain to get the gas gauge back to 3/4 of a tank. That aside everything went as expected.

I will say that the rate was decent and location has potential. However, there is no onsite parking at this location which is very inconvenient considering it is at a busy intersection. The truck that I rented didn't even have enough gas. There about an 1/8th of a tank. We had to stop and fill it up before we were even off adding unnecessary mileage on our tab. Plus they were short staffed and you could tell that the front desk person was frustrated as she was short with us and didn't make much sense.

I asked for a set of furniture pads to be included. When I got to my destination with the truck, no furniture pads were in the back. I was able to go back and get them, it was just unfortunate that I had to make a second trip.

The trailer leaked. All of the contents got wet during a rainstorm. I explained this to the people when I turned it in, they didn’t seem to care.

I tried to use the self check out that you're now providing, but it didn't work. I had a truck reserved for 7:30 AM on 10/8/2017 (store didn't open until 9:00 AM. So when I arrived on 10/8/2017, I selected "Pick Up My Truck," and all it kept saying was "Upcoming Reservation - Your Truck will be ready for pick up on 10/8/2017 7:30:00 AM." So I ended up waiting until you were open @ 9 to get a truck. I was given a different truck (still the size I requested) and the interior wasn't clean. Other than that, the staff is great, but the online convenience's need some work.

The gentleman that got me in&out to start was excellent. I rent a lot of trucks, this was my first experience at this store. The gentleman outside at drip off was also pleasant and efficient. The woman inside at checkout was rude, inefficient & had not a drop of personality for customer service. It takes almost nothing for me to compliment and a lot for me to complain. I apologize for having to do so.

Even after all of my problems the staff was super friendly and super helpful. This location has a great team. I don't remember her name but there was a lady who was super awesome! I believe she said her son was the GM but I'm not sure. Super nice!

The gal behind the register was very rude and made us feel like we were bothering her by being there. Never made eye contact or spoke louder than a mumble. The guys out on the lot were great, fast and friendly. Equipment was in great condition and just want we needed.
