Very limited customer parking for the volume of cars needing to be parked while using your equipment. The over-the-phone reservation service is very, very lacking in the amount of time it takes. In-store personnel are very good. I am positive you have received this recommendation numerous times, but why not start everyone off with a full tank of gas and that way there is no guessing as to how much gas has to be added when we return your vehicles and equipment after using it.

Easy pick up and easier drop off. I would recommend checking in ahead of time and if possible pick up when there is not much traffic. The staff were friendly and helpful!

I returned the U-Haul with between 1/2 and 5/8 tank which is where I picked it up at and they wrote it down as a half tank didn’t say anything and charged me $20 for it.

The line to get the truck took almost an hour to wait because there were only two people working the front counter, although they have 4 empty counters that could have helped things immensely. It was sad but almost amusing to watch people walk in the door and ask, "Is this really the line to rent a truck or even buy some packing supplies?!?", because after waiting 30 minutes I found gave up on being anxious to get the truck and start the actual moving process.

Wow! I'd never been to a 'city' U-Haul location before. This one had it all. A huge inventory of trucks, trailers and packing supplies. Plenty of help, and the property was clean and well maintained. I only did a drop off, which took less than 5 minutes from pulling in to pulling out. Great experience.

Make sure the the truck is clean! Inspect the truck with customer and make time to answer all customer questions. This will help prevent the experience I had. The employee that provided the truck did not take the time to familiarize me with truck. When I asked about taking a walk around the truck and making sure that the dolly I paid extra for was provided...I was told your good to go!!! When I reached my destination is when I realized the dolly was not in the truck!!!! Please take the time to provide customer service.

I was rented a truck that was reserved on 4//3/18. The person on that day did not tell me to bring it in, yet a police report was put out on the truck that I stole it. That person said to me on three occasion when I called it is ok to keep truck just pay 39.99 a day. A week later Tuesday I was asked to bring in the truck. I did so. Because I was given incorrect info. to bring in truck I file a report with BBB, also file another report with BBB because I was accused of putting a hole/an/or damaging the top of the truck. Which I dispute payment of said damage with BBB. The young white boy Thomas rented me the truck 4/3/18 deceiving me into believing it was ok to keep the truck. Also I might add that no one before renting the truck and after retuning the truck looked on top of it with a ladder to inspect that a hole existed before I rented the truck. Be cause your poor business and the boy Thomas deception on returning the truck and damages I did not due I only arranged with BBB to pay for truck rental. I will be in this month June to do that. Also Headquarters Uhaul said there was a crediit applied to the account but could not tell me to which billing it applied Please send me email about that. I will be receiving VA government veteran funfing to pay for Uhaual storage rooms for this month of June and I realize there is a late fee to pay also with the $209.90 for this month. There was a line of about 10 people or so who were all patiently waiting to be helped. Someone walked into the store, skipped the line, and walked straight up to the counter to talk to the manager. The manager talked to this individual, who she apparently just hired, for about 30 minutes, ignoring everyone in the line that was waiting. When the only other coworker working behind the counter asked her for help she made her wait, furthering everyone's frustration who was patiently waiting to be helped. The manager did not show a clear understanding of customer service and made the customers feel like they were not of importance. I am deeply disappointed with her service and strongly believe that this concern could have been avoided had she dealt with the situation in the right way. She should have made the person wait in line and helped all of her customers before giving this individual her time.

The storage area wasn’t swept out when we got it, which resulted in dirt getting on our recliner, mattress and box spring. Also, there were no moving rugs to cover delicate items....we used our own blankets.
