For the third time, I have not gotten the correct piece of equipment. This specific time, I had reserved a U-Haul pickup truck and did not get an email or phone call telling me that this location didn't have a pick up truck available. Although the manager was helpful, it's very unprofessional to continuously not have the correct truck available for reservations you have.Daniel R.
Every time I go here it is a fifteen to twenty minute wait minimum, even if I just have a quick transactions or question. There should be an Express lane for people who already have orders or are just buying supplies. The app did not work to check out the truck. It showed no appointments but then when I tried to find it by Order number and name, it said already associated with my account, but it was not in my account! Frustrating! I had location services enabled and never had an option to start my truck rental. So I had to wait 20 minutes because there were only two workers and one other person in line. Please fix the app so it shows associated orders. Please consider an Express lane or someone at the door to answer questions!Douglas D.

Horrible experience! DO NOT USE UHAUL. I bought all the insurance. On a 1500 mile trip, this 61 year old grandmother was stuck for 5 hours in FL, 120 miles from the destination, when the truck pulling the car transporter broke down. I was on hold multiple times with Uhaul, disconnected at least twice and left to wonder what to do. Uhaul actually asked ME to transfer all my belongings to a new truck. I had to figure out how to get my car off the transporter by myself!. No returned calls, put on hold for literally hours. It took Uhaul 5 HOURS to get me some help!!!! Then they charged me because the tow driver dropped the trailer at a location outside of the contract location. I repeatedly have asked for a Manager, Director or VP to call me - Uhaul leadership apparently does not know how to use a phone! Multiple times I was told I would get a call. Never happened. I was told the number on the contract would ring to the store where I picked up the uHaul - nope - it rings to a central CS number that no one answers. Same with destination phone number.Annamarie S.

I am sorry please read above for both locations the 1000 E 13st north wichita have the best customer service.the 7740 Metcalf I rented before did not have issue but on Saturday I hated that place you pack your truck while walking inside you hear a man yelling at you I was like .Anyway we need disciplined workers if the keys are drop outside have some close to the customer to direct and let customer know but you can be yelling at me from far away give the keys to the man behind you and man behind me is also far from me if I knew that I would have waited in the truck poor customer service long waiting inside 10 customers inside in line 1 taking more that 30minutes and the same men again are the same am to deal with inside .I can't do thisJosephine W.

As a frequent renter, there should be some way for the drivers liscense and vehicle information to remain in the system. Starting every transaction like I am a new customer seems to make rental and the whole process take much longer. That said, there was no line ahead of me and this was the fastest in/out I've ever had for a rental.GEORG M.
I was disappointed to receive a $55 charge for supposedly being 3 gallons short on the fuel. For a 30 gallon tank, I find it hard to believe that a 3 gallon shortfall was apparent. I certainly thought I was returning with the correct amount of fuel. Worse part was personnel said nothing at return, just saw it later on emailed receipt. Disappointing way to end a stressful 2000 mile move.Joseph G.
They charged me for two extra days i didn't use. The individual who was doing the trailer input told me that I could leave and then I got a notification two days later that they didn't receive the trailer until two days after the fact and auto charged me. This has been a bad process with uhaul, they did not have my van at my original location so we had to go to this locating casting me over an hour of time for each pick up and delivery. Also being new to the whole return process by phone I was unable to check in as I had left the location. I called customer service and they said I would just need to call the store as they could not check me in on line. I have called the store and bee put on hold for 30 min and finally called regular CS to be put on hold again for 30+ minutes.Then on my bill I am charged a $20 fee that should have been $10.
