I was charged for an extra day just because I returned the truck later than expected on the same day. Although I communicated to let them know how many more days I need it and when it would be returned. And poor communication
NANCY TLights will not turn off in cabin, electrical issues. Tank was not even half full. Middle seatbelt did not have a buckle for my child.
emily cVehicle had no fuel at time of pick up. As soon as I got it I had to put fuel. I talk to the lady and she said it had 1/8 of fuel. I took a picture before I moved it to show her that was empty. Location felt unsafe. There is a U-Haul location storage and rental that I picked up some supplies and I thought it was the location that I needed to pick up the vehicle. The person indicated me that it was next door. She told me as long as you know Spanish you are set. Did not like the fuel situation since it added a step as soon as I picked the vehicle. I had to take pictures for documentation.
