When I receive truck it was empty, it had the gas light on. I turned it in with I ask the lady if I could get a discount on the mileage and they still charge me the full mileage.

Royalty Tires is an Excellent Business and uhaul provider. I had to change my self pickup time due to Hurricane Ian which changed my truck # and they were kind, patient and went above and beyond to get me a dolly when my truck # changed. They were closing down their store and they still helped me.

It was clean but seemed like an old truck that had the gas gage out so couldn't tell if we needed more gas or not. Put alot in it and still charged for fuel? Also, the engine sounded like it was going to explode and just overall did not run well even when the truck was empty. Had trouble in the location due to poor service so checking in and out on the phone took forever.

The service from U haul as company was actually fairly poor. The truck I wanted to rent, the 10' box truck had the wrong lock on it so, I could not get inside the truck. It took over an hour to resolve the issue and I didn't get the truck I wanted/needed and still was charged the same amount.

Clean equipment, but the vehicles need maintenance badly. Driving the truck it's clearly evident to anyone that it's in desperate need of front end work, suspension work, and more. The toll of the pandemic migration is clearly showing up in the fleet.
