Muy buen servicio y amabilidad
SONNY LNosotros tuvimos que hacer el proceso para rentar el camión y verificación de todo el sistema se cayó y no podíamos llenarlo tuvimos que llamar para volver a empezar todo, se entregó al otro día y todavía me cobraron 20 dólares por no cancelar por internet la renta cuando yo no tenía donde llenar ni celular para hacerlo, Enrealidad se han vuelto pésimo en servicio todavía por dos días me cobraron casi 300 dólares y su anuncio engañoso de 29.99 es mentira para que le ponen eso si no es cierto cobran 70 más seguro 16 y los taxes y fee ya así no se puede rentar más con ustedes.

NELSON RI was transferred to three UHaul locations before I found one able to reserve a cargo van. But when I arrived at the scheduled time, I was told that the prior renter had kept the vehicle longer. 'Would you like to be "upgraded to a 10' box". Absolutely not, I said. it's definitely a downgrade to me. Responding to their excuse that they couldn't guarantee the prior renter wouldn't keep it beyond their time, I said that they should tell their renters that any guarantee should be considered void because they are contingent on prior renters. UHaul manager I called about the matter did give me a $50 credit to my account to ameliorate the considerable hassle of renting the 10' long enough to meet my deadline at Delta Air Cargo. And I did return after 2 hours to switch to the van that was by then returned. My son and I noticed when driving away with the 10' box, that there was a cargo van parked out of sight on their adjacent parking. I didn't push the matter because they had a cargo van when I returned. But if this is a hustle, it should be stopped!

GILBERTO SNo me dieron ninguna informacion especificando que la entrega la debia hacer por una aplicacion y despues me cobraron 25 dolares dizque por no haber entregado el carro por la aplicacion, cuando fisicamente lo entrgue antes de las 24 horas. Ademas me entregaron el carro con soda en el piso de la cabina y luego me cobraron 20 porque olvide una caja pequeña vacia en la parte de de atras. Me parece una empresa abusiva. Nunca la recomendaria a nadie.

Andrea MReturning in the app was very clunky, a real challenge. When clicking to take a photo it literally took 30 seconds to launch camera and then image was black for several seconds before allowing me to take image. Several challenges in working with adding the picture.

Nicolas ACustomer service was ok. But was not told final price, so at this time I have no clue how much the rental was. When I returned truck was not given a choice to pay cash which is what I wanted. I only wanted to gte with a credit card. Aside from that, no problems. I just hope to not get surprise charges in my card

VICTOR CI was charged $20 for returning a truck after hours, I tried to get in contact with store but got the runaround, I wasn't able to check truck back in because link had expired. I will never use an independent agent again I will strictly walk into a Uhaul branch.

radhamez hMarch 22, Friday, 10 foot truck picked up @ 5 PM @ 3800 Goldenrod Rd & dropped it off @ 8:30 PM @ one of 4 locations near me which was provided by Royal Tire on Goldenrod. Tuesday received a call saying truck wasn't returned. A woman @ the 800# of UHaul said I was provided with a particular address for drop off. That is not true! Royal Tire gave me a paper with 4 addresses. At no time was I told to go to a certain drop off. We chose one close that was still open. This was my first experience with UHaul and I've been left with a bad taste in my mouth . Joe and Wanda with UHaul couldn't have been nicer, but it only takes one rotten apple to spoil the barrel. Wanda has initiated an investigation.for me. We were told by return location @ 1240 N Orlando Ave., Winter Park that the paper work handed to them was torn up. Sunoco, Sunshine Food Mart, UHaul need to get their act together. A good name is earned & can be destroyed so quickly. MS Finch Gore

Emma RThe truck was covered with dirt and smelled awful. Had to wipe it down just to crank it. Steering wheel was sticky and trash was on the cup holders.

Michael FLocation was less than presentable. The trailer in question that I rented was hooked up by personnel from the location. I was assured that it was ready to go when I arrived at my destination I realized that the brake switch was in the position and that the brakes had been locked for over 5 miles. They were extremely hot and had a burning smell. I had to lubricate the springs myself and force the lockinto the normal operating position. Once that was completed, the trailer operated fine. But I feel that it was a safety issue and should've been checked by the dealership before I left.
Vance FThe seatbelt didn't work some of the time. Also, they said it was your policy to charge me $30 if the gas fell below quarter of a tank. The problem is that when I got the van the gas was right at a quarter of a tank. And I think this is a horrible policy because I literally only went 15 miles and was just gonna pay the 4.50 per gallon to get you guys to fill it back up but Since you didn't put a lot of gas in it in the beginning, I had to drive it through a gas station which didn't feel safe to me. It's just another way big corporations like yours are trying to screw over their customers.

Samuel TThe utility dolly was NOT in the truck at the time I picked up the truck and since it was after hours I couldn't do anything about it. It was a major inconvenience to lift boxes without it. I paid $7.00 for an equipment that was not provided. I believed that part of the checkout process should required that the previous customer provides pictures of the rental equipment at the moment of return of the truck this will allow for accurate description of what will be included in the truck for the next customer.
