The only issue I had was not having instructions on what to do with the dolly. I left it in the van because no instructions were included for after hours and the link I was provided with directly took me to questions on the cargo van. I'm hoping I dont get charged with that.

No one told me I had to check in on my smart phone and now the lady on the phone said I could be charged a late fee! What if I don't have a smart phone? I returned it last night!

Ivan (Manager) was great and helpful and quick to get me into the rental i needed and out the door. It didnt take 45 minutes like other places. No last minute “oh this much for this” business. And at the end he was very accommodating when i needed extra time. Thank you! Why cant all rentals work like this?!

The truck leaked water from rain and snow on our furniture. That was disappointing to unload and discover wet mattresses, tables, chairs. Etc...

Your odometer is WAY OFF. We only went a total of 10 -15 miles the entire day. Your odometer reading said we went over 25 miles. That is definitely WRONG.

Scheduling was great, they came to me and were proactive about finding a location that met my needs. What I didn’t like was I was getting a small trailer to tow a moped an hour on the freeway, and didn’t know that the trailer has a “max speed” of 55mph on the donut-size wheels, so we had to take a side road and it took us twice as long. I should have looked at the description better, but were that info more in front and on display in the scheduling screen online, I would’ve been able to plan accordingly

This is the second time I have rented from this location. The first time the individual was late, and none of the items (blankets, dollies, etc.) were loaded into the truck - putting me 15 minutes late. This last time, the individual was nearly 20 minutes late, I had to load my own items, and the one thing I needed (moving blankets) were not available at all - again, putting me over 30 minutes late in getting to the movers who were already waiting on the clock. I had also chosen to use the app to pick up the vehicle, but as soon as I arrived (10 minutes early) the app said it had been moved to in-store pickup. Yeah...not great. There needs to be a way for the app or even an email to let the renter know that either things are not going to be there when you arrive, making arrangements with another Uhaul location, or giving the option of a different pickup time and location if items are not available. I was still charged for the blankets, even though I reminded the individual in the store (3 times) that they were on the reservation, and they said they would take care of it when I dropped the truck and dollies off. That never happened.

Need to be more clear of what is expected, especially if using the app when picking up and dropping off. No where did it say that the truck needed to be filled with gas where we received it, that should be stated in the steps and everywhere so it is clear. If it is not in the documents you can’t charge extra for it, especially since we did not get our tank at full, how would we know we are supposed to fill it?
