I would not recommend Marina Cove uhaul in American Fork. They did not have the truck there when we arrived. And we checked with them the day before. We had to scramble to get a truck in Orem. Very disappointing experience. Orem was terrific in helping us recover.

We went to return the trailer and found the store was inexplicably closed from 10:30 AM - 2 PM that day (a Thursday). No one came out to inspect the trailer or help us unhook it. I had to ask for a receipt showing that we had returned the trailer. The store seemed understaffed. Even so, the location is very convenient, so we will still probably use the location in the future. We just won't have high expectations for our experience there.

The truck wasn’t very clean and the guy didn’t help me bring out the moving blankets(I’m 8 months pregnant and he just Watched me waddle my way over to the truck). I overfilled the tank because the truck didn’t register the the gas right which was not my fault so I ended up having to pay more.

Uhaul's pickup system for phone pickup needs a LOT of work. Really problematic and didn't work - ended up having to go into the office anyway. Disappointing experience with the mobile pickup system.

I was quoted a price of $29.00 for the day. I knew I would have to pay for gas used, taxes etc. but I didn’t expect a bill doubling the amount quoted. Will never use U-Haul again !!!!

The driver door would only close all the way when slammed hard. Online/mobile pickup still required me to go inside to get a key, and actually took longer than just walking in and doing the paperwork.

It was good enough. The trailer I was provided with had a filthy exterior, but it was all they had so I went with it and washed it at my next opportunity.

I had reserved a 10' truck online for pick up at a different location. When I arrived, there wasn't a 10' truck available and they didn't want to rent me a bigger truck for the same price, so I had to go to State Street Storage. They were very accommodating, but I feel the online reservation should be accurate of what a pick-up location has available on site.

This Uhaul location was great and competent. The Uhaul reservation process as a whole is terrible and never a smooth process every single time. No one knows what they are doing. I think it’s always best to just show up at Uhaul store and hope they have inventory and reserve one on the spot.

The Las Vegas shop did fine, but fuck the Utah pleasant grove dealer on 672 W 220 S St, Pleasant Grove, UT 84062 I have went to drop it off there 3 times now and he wouldnt take the thing. Then come to find out uhaul decided the best town to drop it off in was 15 miles south in stand still traffick took an extra hour and ahlaf of my damn time like wtf uhaul seriously like this nonsense and I'm definitely going to explore my options, hire movers who have their own damn truck or w/e just disgusted with the amount of time this BS added to my trip today literally went to 2 locations and called a 3rd one to find out my drop off wasnt in my requested fucking town. My time is valuable and if my co driver gets fired because hes late to his job in a micro ship producing facility I'm going to hire a lawyer to sue uhaul for lost wages for this guy, waste of my time worst experience ever and I will defintlety be leaving my store in all outlets of social media because your supposed to be helping me keep timelines not causing me headaches and wasting gas that I had to put on to drive to another damn location and get more fucking gas so that you wouldnt charge me 10 bucks a gallon with a 30 dollar fee. Loke fuck your customers right....

The national call center sales person may be a little pushy, but the local company employee was very responsive, polite and professional. Quick service, clean equipment and very accommodating.

U-Haul charges an extra 25.00 if returned dirty. The van I rented was dirty inside and out. So what happens to the money collected if service is not done? Also, washer fluid empty, so I had to add fluid to wash the windshield. Last item, the oil change service is overdue, so what would have happened if I had engine problems?

Having a clean truck to start with. There was glitter in the truck and I didn’t realize it was there until I started unloading furniture and boxes into the house now I have glitter all over my clean home and driveway. This is completely unacceptable.

We were transporting donations for the Camp Fire evacuees from Utah to California and then from Gridley, Ca to Oroville shelters, Chico shelters and Woodsen bridge shelters and making several trips to Yuba City to get large loads of needed thing for the Red Cross and we asked for a discount on the Truck since we were using it for the Camp Fire evacuees donations and the answer was no. We thought that was pretty heartless. If u could see these people that have lost everything you may have donated. Your a big company who could have easily donated and served these poor people.

The truck was not in good condition. It had been beat up pretty well and one of the headlights did not seem secure and bounced around in the housing. I was in too much of a rush to have them fix it, but obviously should have been done before I picked it up. The truck also drove poorly. I was also given a quote over the phone (from the general Uhaul line, not this location) that did not include tax. Your competitors I called have a final number. I based my choice on price and was both disappointed and surprised to receive a higher number upon pickup than what I was told over the phone and what your competitors charged for the same rental.

I moved from California to Orem Utah. I rented a 20 ft truck that only had 8,600. The truck ran well so there were no issues. However, I was told when I picked up the truck in Anaheim to drop off this truck at the Uhaul facility on Columbia lane in Provo. When I got there to drop it off, they told me they didn't have room for the truck. They found a location in the next city (Orem) which is where I actually live and it would have only been a 5 minute drive from my house. I wasted an hour of my time driving past the location I actually dropped the truck off to in order to go to the location on Columbia Lane in Provo. When I got to the Orem location on 1600 North Orem, the person I met said he was a regional manager. I shared with him what had happened, He was very professional apologized but said there wasn't anything he could do. I asked him who I could issue a complaint to he said it would eventually come to him and this was just a simple mistake that no one notified me of the change. Needless to say, I was not happy and I have shared my experience with others.

There were multiple people trying to rent equipment and only one person working in the office. I had done everything online in order to speed up the pick up process, but I ended up standing around waiting. I had people waiting to load the truck and was late getting there. 35 to 40 minutes is too long to wait to sign the papers and get the keys. Otherwise everything was great.
