My pick up time was 9:00 am in which I arrived on time. I waited in line over a half hour to be helped. There were only 2 employees at this location and they were slow and at one point one left and didn't return for 45 minutes. The line went from the front counter to the front entrance ! At one point there were 15 people in line. This was a horrible experience !!

Today was a very ruff day for us I live in NYC but when to visit a friend and my car broke down in CT.the towing company was very rude and very harsh I guess cause I'm a woman my huspend and I where recommended to the Orange uhaul there representative Fred was amazing he realy helped us n guide us with as much help he gaves us advise and we wer able to hault our car back home with out having to spend another $ 1200 thanks it's great to have people like him in these kinds of company's humbled with gratitude The Campos fam.

Schedule pickup time U-Haul was unable to give me vechile. I was made to wait 2-3 hrs for vechile. U haul is worst It didn’t work for pickup and drop.

I purchased 6 blankets and did not get them. I went right back to get them and they had none. Asked how he could sell me blankets he didn't have but he had no answer. Asked for my $5 refund and he said he couldn't do it from his end that I would have to get it from the drop off. Stoddards said that was wrong and gave me a "trouble" phone number to call. They told me the Orange General manager was Frederick Johnson. I have called every day and left a message to this Mr. Johnson but as of this writing he has not had the courtesy to call me back. Would I recommend this location....absolutely not.

Tiffany and the other associates at this location are exceptional. As a veteran in the hospitality industry, I know the importance and value of courteous, professional and efficient employees. Your 'over-the-phone' customer service; however, is ABYSMAL!!! After being on hold over a half hour (and I have a screen shot picture to prove it) and listening to 'how can we improve our customer service' track over and over IS A JOKE!!!! Shame on you for this. Coming full circle....it is ONLY because of the quality service that I received at the Orange location that I am still a U-Haul customer. If not for them ANY other rental agency would have my business. So, please, give these exceptional team members at minimum a pat on the back or better a raise. i was recommended to do self check out for a quick painless truck pick up that would take about 5 minutes, it took me about an hour to finally get keys to the truck and when i was about to drive away, i was waved down by two employees stating they put me in the wrong truck. After walking around the uhaul lot trying to find the truck i was assigned i was told it may be in the other lot. the other lot was basically a muddy lot that was about a 750 feet away from the location, if they were aware that this truck was being rented and picked up they should have moved it closer to be more accessible. the self check out was not quick and or painless. about an hour and fifteen minutes later i was driving away. after looking at my billed statement i was charged for products in the truck i did not use.

When I returned the vehicle it was just at the F pointing to full. When I get my receipt it says it was at 7/8 of a tank. They charged me an additional almost $9. Next time will be taking a picture of the actual fuel sign and mileage.
