It was the middle of a weekday day and it was closed. There was nobody there to accept the return. Online it said it was open, I would have chosen a different location to deal with an actual person.

U-Haul failed to honour their agreement. They had told me since the 27th of July that I had a truck reserved for the 15th. Called the afternoon of the 14th and there was no truck available. So I had to go to Oneonta to get a truck adding 40 more miles to the cost of the truck. Not happy.

Outstanding service, so helpful getting our trailer, as there was no juice to it. He tried different wires and different trailers to see if it was his trailers or my truck. It turned out the issue was on my end, the dealer who installed my hitch never checked it to see if it worked as it was missing a fuse. I highly recommend this place!

This rental location was incredible. The rental was issued with a full tank of gas which made return easier because I knew I just had to return it full. All locations should do this it makes it easier to avoid refueling charges. Also this location called me to let me know the rental reservation was received and ready to be picked up.

You could employ people that have a higher standard when it comes to maintenance of their vehicles and a little more technical knowledge. I felt like I was in a horrible movie where anything that could go wrong will likely go wrong. We always used the Uhaul at Pony Farm Road and never had an issue, Now, we have to question charges for 3 days when I see 2 days if we go by 24 hours from the time of rental. Never again renting from them.
