Outstanding service, so helpful getting our trailer, as there was no juice to it. He tried different wires and different trailers to see if it was his trailers or my truck. It turned out the issue was on my end, the dealer who installed my hitch never checked it to see if it worked as it was missing a fuse. I highly recommend this place!

This rental location was incredible. The rental was issued with a full tank of gas which made return easier because I knew I just had to return it full. All locations should do this it makes it easier to avoid refueling charges. Also this location called me to let me know the rental reservation was received and ready to be picked up.

You could employ people that have a higher standard when it comes to maintenance of their vehicles and a little more technical knowledge. I felt like I was in a horrible movie where anything that could go wrong will likely go wrong. We always used the Uhaul at Pony Farm Road and never had an issue, Now, we have to question charges for 3 days when I see 2 days if we go by 24 hours from the time of rental. Never again renting from them.

The cargo van was perfect for hauling a load of furniture to Maine. It was easy to drive, more comfortable than I had expected. A great improvement would be Sirius XM radio. For long trips like the one I took (1000 miles), a built-in navi system and a transponder would be very beneficial. Fortunately, I had my own Garmin to keep me on the right routes..

The computer system U-Haul uses is a problem. It was not user error. but a poor system that caused back ups. The proprietor is awesome, but UHaul's system is bad. This was a noticeable problem and when I mentioned it at drop-off, they also said the system is very bad. I would talk to both ends to understand the problems to improve your systems.

Manager was not there. Called the number at the location and left a message. Called U Haul and was on hold at least 10-15 minutes for customer service. My dad got thru to someone who ended up calling me and I was able to get the truck but it took almost 30 minutes from when I arrived.
