First of all they gave me a bigger trick then I requested...I was quotes one price and ended up paying $25 over with tax! It upset me because my gas mileage would have been lower and cost of I had had the smaller truck! I paid way too much for around town moving just one tiny room of furniture!

Truck had a weak spot (hole covered) in the back. Very old truck, but it did the trick..

U-Haul should stop making multiply holds on the Credit cards. That way your customers won’t have to call both their banks and you. My credit/debit card was charge 3 different times for the same truck. Taking my account down to nothing, the manager of U-Haul said he would fax the authorization to let go of the holds off to my bank never got to my bank. Mike the manager left work before calling me, like he said he would, my bank never received that fax. Leaving me with nothing for how ever long it will take to get those holds released. Honestly, U-Haul isn’t going to get my business again, since this is the second time I have used U-Haul for moving, and being charged multiply times. This is terrible business practice. One charge should be enough.

I would not recommend this location because of the interaction I had with one of your staff outside. I showed up prior to opening because I pre registered online. I couldn’t find where to get the keys and was having issues with the app. The guy outside moving trucks was rude and basically refused to help me. I’m sure he had plenty to do, but if he would have taken 2 min to walk me where to go, it would have made a big difference. I won’t use U-Haul in the future because of him. The women inside who did end up helping me was fantastic.

you charge WAY too much for local mileage (.79 a mile! More then double.gov't rate!), and when returning, guy was very rude. Only game in town - ought to act like a LEADER!

I did not receive the truck I reserved. The explanation I was given was that they did not have the equipment because they were very busy and sometimes renting the same truck out twice a day. I could accept the wrong vehicle, or drive 20 miles to get what I had actually reserved. Yeah, great choice, huh?
